Suspect: Hispanic male in his early 20's

Victim reported on 6/2/2011 at aprpoximately 2:30pm an acquaintance of her husband's, name unknown knocked on her door.  When she answered the suspect forced his way into the home and brandished a pistol.  The suspect demanded money.  The victim gave the suspect approximatley $15.00 and the suspect left.  Victim described the suspect as havign short brown hair, tatoos on his arms, light complexion wearing a white muscle shirt and was driving a 2 door red in color car.   


Case#0211007660 / Burglary(auto), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 06/02/2011

Location: 96 Old Las Vegas Highway(Harry's Road House)

Items stolen: make up and costume jewelry

Value: $200.00

Item damaged: car window

Value: $300.00

On 06/02/2011 between 12:15pm and 12:43pm an unknown suspect unlawfully entered the victim's vehicle by breaking a window and stole the above listed items.  Two witnesses observed a Hispanic male approximately 35 years old, 5'8" 175lbs wearing blue jeans and a dark in color tee shirt standing by the victim's vehicle around the time of the burglary.

 


0211007600 Criminal Damage to Property 6-2-2011

Location: Taylor (I-25 east frontage rd area NM)

Damaged: Front Windshield

Victim reported that sometime between 9:00am, 3/31/11 and 10:00am 4/1/11 some unknown person(s) broke the front windshield on her 2000 Aqua Jaguar vehicle as it was parked in victim’s driveway.
The damaged was estimated to be about $1200.00
 


Case#0211007614 / Burglary, Larceny, Criminal damage to Property / 06/01/2011

Location: 100 block of Nancy's Trail, La Cienega area of Santa Fe County

Items damaged: Several walls a flat screen TV and a door knob

Value: $2,025.00

Items stolen: Candy

Value: $10.00

Suspect: pending

Victim reported on 06/01/2011 between the hours of 9:30am and 3:00pm unknown suspect's enetred the victim's house (forced entry) and ransacked the interior by damaging several walls and a television.  The only items reported stolen from the residence was candy.  A witness observed two possible suspect's in the area of the residence and provided a description.   


CASE 0211007602 / FRAUD / 06-01-2011

LOCATION: 3000 BLOCK OF JEMEZ ROAD, SANTA FE AREA

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  $4,498.00

On 6-1-11 deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff's Office lobby in refrence to a fraud. Deputy made contact with victim. she allowed her friend to do her 2010 taxes. He told her she was to receive a $1400 refund. When she did not receive the refund she attempted to contact John. When no contact was made she contacted the IRS. The IRS told her the refund was for $4,498 and it was deposited into a bank account. This occurred between March 2010 through August 2010.

The case is under investagation.

Location: 100 block of Desert Rose, Pojoaque area of Santa Fe County

Items stolen: 42" LG flat screen TV

Value: $1,500.00

Suspect: pending

 Victim reported on 06/01/2011 between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm someone entered the victim's house and stole the above listed TV.  There were no signs of forced entry to the residence.  Victim provided possible suspect information. 

 


Case#0211007603 / Criminal Damage to Property / 06/01/2011

Location: Camino Capilla Vieja, La Cienega area of Santa Fe County

Property damaged:  2000 year model Toyota Tacoma truck

Estimated value of damages: $1,500.00

Victim reported at approximately 4:15am on 06/01/2011 unknown suspect used a blunt object to cause an estimated $1,500.00 worth of damages to the victim's truck, which was parked in the victim's driveway on Camino Capilla Vieja.  Neighbors reported hearing loud banging noises at approximately 4:15am.  Evidence was collected on scene.   


0211007519 Larceny   6/1/2011

Location: Colony Drive (Airport Rd Area)

Stolen: 300-400 Tons of brown gravel, damaged fence

Victim reported that sometime between 4:00pm 5/26/11 and 7:00am 5/27/11 some unknown person(s) entered the above property by cutting the fence and stole the above listed 7/8” Santa Fe brown gravel. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $19020.00
 


0211007516, Crim. Sexual Penetration, False Imprisonment, Battery against Household Member, 5/31/11

Victim reports being sexually assaulted and battered by a former household member during a domestic disturbance.  Victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.  Case is under investigation.

Location: 4985 Airport Road, (Catholic Charities)

Arrested: Ruben Jaramillo, 46 year old male from Santa Fe N.M.

Charges: Battery against a household member

On 05/31/2011 at approximately 2:41pm Deputies responded to the Catholic Charities located at 4985 Airpoort Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.  The investigation revealed the above listed suspect battered his wife durring an altercation.  No injuries were reported by the victim.  The suspect was arrested charged accordingly.
