On October 3, 2011 victim reported they were contacted by thier bank on September 12, 2011 for an outstanding bill sent to collections owed to Comcast Cable Company. Bill owed totaled $811.00. Victim has never had an account with Comcast and services are not provided in the area the victim lives. Case still under investigation.

Stolen: Cell Phone, Leather Wallet, Debit cards, forms of identification
Victim reported that sometime between 5:00PM 10/01/11 and 8:00AM 10/02/11 that her silver in color 1997 Ford Contour had been burglarized. Victim stated that the auto burglary had occurred while the above vehicle was parked out in the street. Forced entry was made via the left rear window.
The items stolen were valued at about $1000.00

Suspect was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. Sobriety tests were administered and suspect was arrested. Suspect refused to submit to chemical testing.
