In April of 2010 victim allowed a friend to invest $250,942.68 of victim's retirement. Victim received returns on the investment in July of 2011 but stopped receiving the money returns. Victim reports they started noticing unusual charges on credit cards entrusted to the friend. Amounts on the credit cards were estimated at $70,000.00. Case still pending investigation.

On 01-03-2012 at about 8:30pm a female called 911 stating her boyfriend and his friend took her to the mountains, assaulted her with a knife, battered her, held her against her will and prevented her from calling for help. Further investigation revealed the boyfriend, Joshua Martinez and his friend William McLean conspired to take Joshua's girlfriend to a remote area of Canada De Los Alamos and confront her about text messages to another man. Joshua held a knife to her throat, choked her, prevented her from calling for help and would not let her out of the car. She eventually jumped out of the car and flagged down a passer by for help. Joshua and William were arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Omar Jaramillo-Ochoa, 19-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 01-04-2012 at about 1:15am Deputies were dispatched to the area of the Camel Tracks in reference to several gunshots in the area. Deputies heard several gunshots and located a blue in color BMW 325-I parked on a dirt road in the Camel Tracks area. There were several beer cans lying on the ground around the vehicle. A felony trafic stop was conducted on the vehicle. Mr. Jaramillo-Ochoa along with a juvenile female and juvenile male were located in the vehicle. A 9mm handgun along with cocaine, drug paraphernalia and beer were also located in the vehicle. There was over 50 spent/fired 9mm bullet casings scattered on and around the vehicle. Mr. Jaramillo-Ochoa was arrested on the above charges. The juveniles were also arrested on numerous charges.

Victim reports his 1995 Green in color Chevy SUV was broken into at the above location between the dates of November 1, 2011 and December 30, 2011. The vehicle was taken to the above location for some mechanic work. Upon victim picking up the vehicle the above items were found to be missing. Case still pending investigation.
