Deputies made contact with the reporting party from the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Deputies were informed inmate Clarence Martinez-Sepulveda struck a Corrections Lieutenant, as he was being escorted back to the living quarters. The inmate was secured accordingly and escorted without further incident.

A male was seen entering a property that was under construction. While attempting to make contact with the male the male attempted to flee on foot. Male was detained and he refused to provide his name and date of birth. Male was booked into SF ADC with out incident.
Case #2024002527 - Aggravated Assault & Battery on Household Member - 5/16/2024

Suspect: Robert Romero (40 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to the residence for a possible stabbing. Deputies were advised the suspect was trying to stab his mother in the neck with a screwdriver. After arrival, it was discovered no one was injured, and the suspect had fled the residence prior to deputy arrival. An arrest warrant was drafted and approved for the suspect.

NARRATIVE: INFORMATION WAS GIVEN THAT SUSPECT HAD A POSSIBLE WARRANT. INFORMATION WAS CHECKED THROUGH DISPATCH AND WAS CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS AN ACTIVE WARRANT. SUSPECT ARRIVED IN THE AREA OF THE DISTRICT COURT AND WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR WARRANT. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE SANTA FE COUNTY ADULT DENTENTION CENTER WHERE HE WAS CHARGED AND BOOOKED ACCORDINGLY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a missing person. The reporting party advised she had not seen or heard from her daughter since 11 am. The reporting party attempted to call her daughter multiple times, but received no answer. The daughter was entered into NCIC as missing.
Case #2024002482 Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Criminal Damage

Summons: Russell Saimons, 54 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to a report of an aggravated assault. Deputies were advised the suspect kicked the victim, kicked her vehicle, then pointed a gun at her. A summons was issued for the suspect.
Case# 2024002474 - Unattended Death - 5/14/24

Deceased: Female (75 YOA)
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a welfare check, upon arrival Deputies located the deceased inside the residence. During the course of the investigation Deputies discovered the deceased suffered from multiple medical issues. The office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) was contacted. Deputies and the OMI investigator were able to determine the cause of death was natural.
