ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED SUSPECT WAS SEEN ON HIS PROPERTY ON 01-26-2011 BUT DID NOT REPORT IT.  VICTIM REPORTED HE DISCOVERED THAT HIS PROPERTY  HAD BEEN STOLEN SO HE REPORTED IT.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME. 


CASE 0211001519 / BURGLARY (AUTO), LARCENY & CRIMINAL DAMAGE TOPROPERTY / 02-01-2011

LOCATION: 5100 BLOCK OF AGUA FRIA, SANTA FE AREA

ITEMS DAMAGED OR STOLEN;  THREE BAGS OF PAPERWORK AND A WINDOW OF THE AUTO

SUSPECT: PENDING

CHARGES: PENDING

On above date deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an auto burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that sometime between 1:00 AM and 1:10 AM unknown persons broke the passenger side window of the above vehicle and stole the above items. A brown in color Pontiac Grand Am was seen in the area but it is unknown whether it was related or not. Damge to vehicle is set at about $700.00.


0211001454 Unattended Death

Location: Dinosaur Trail (Hwy 14 area)

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (73 year old Male) was located unresponsive. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was. There were no signs of foul play located at the scene; death appears to be of natural causes.
 


0211001383 Burglary

Location: Ridge Road Santa Fe NM (Old SF Trail Area)

Stolen: 55” TV, Blue Ray Player

Victim reported that sometime between 1/1/2011 and 1/29/11 some unknown person unlawfully entered the above residence by forcing open the front door. The above listed items were stolen. This incident is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $3350.00
 


0211001390 Death Investigation

Location: Victory Lane (Edgewood area)

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (50 year old male) passed away at the above residence. It was undetermined what the cause of death was at this time. No signs of foul play located at the scene and death appears to be of natural causes. A DNR Order was in place.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office is investigating a Criminal Sexual Penetration of a adult female.  Victim reported that the incident occurred at her residence this date with a family member being the suspect.  Criminal Investigations Division notified of incident.  Case is under investigation. 


0211001445, DUI/Open Container/Warrant Service, 01-30-2011

Location: Agua Fria / Camino Vista Verde

Arrested: Fidel Delgado, 30yoa Male, Santa Fe

Above listed defendant was stopped for speeding.  During the course of the traffic stop it was found that the defendant was impaired by an intoxicant and had an open container in the vehicle.  The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly

Stolen: Knife, Peppermint Schnapps

Victim reported that on this date between 1200hrs and 1830hrs someone unlawfully entered their residence through a window and stole the above listed items from a bedroom.  Case is under investigation. 


0211001435, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, 01-30-2011

Victim reported that their 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix was stolen from their residence on Friday, January 28th, 2011.  After taking the report the vehicle was located off of Airport Road with the rear window broken out.  Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a medical call of an unresponsive male adult.  Upon arrival medics were unable to revive the subject.  The death appears to be of a medical nature and no signs of  foul play.  Case is under investigation.
