ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM AND SUSPECT WERE INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT OVER A LOST EBT CARD. SUSPECT OPENED A LEATHERMAN TYPE KNIFE AND WAS POISED TO THROW IT AT VICTIM. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGE AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

CHARGES: CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELIQUENCY OF A MINOR, DWI, POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER AND FAILURE TO DIM LIGHTS.
SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATION, FAILURE TO DIM LIGHTS AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE SUSPECT WAS DRINKING AND IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL. 16 YOA FEMALE PASSESNGER HAD BEEN DRINKING (.02 BrAC) AND A 19 YOA MALE HAD AN OPEN CONTAINER AND HE HAD A .15 BrAC. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES, JUVENILE WAS REFERRED TO THE JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER AND THE OTHER PASSENGER RECIEVED A CRIMINAL CITATION. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO TEH ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES WERE SENT TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO A DOMESTIC IN PROGRESS. DEPUTY ARRIVED AND FOUND SUSPECT TO BE INTOXICATED AND INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT OVER MONEY WITH HIS WIFE. VICTIM HAD LOCKED HER SELF INTO A ROOM AND SUSPECT WAS BANGING ON THE DOOR TRYING TO ENTER. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Vehicle: 1996 Pontiiac Bonneville
On 06/24/2011 victim was involved in a motor vehicle crash in their 1996 Pontiac. On 07/01/2011 the victim went to recover their vehicle from the tow company that towed the vehicle from the scene of the crash. The tow company had already sold the victim's vehicle to a scrap yard, one week after towing it from the scene of the crash. The invetsigation is ongoing.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a man down. The victim a (50 year old male) was working on a porch when the roof collapsed on him. He was unresponsive upon EMS arrival; CPR was initiated with negative vital signs. This case is a death investigation, which is on going. No fowl play is expected in this incident.

Victim reported that between July 22nd, 2011 and July 25th 2011 someone unlawfully took the above stated vehicle. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above stolen vehicle is valued at about $4000.00

On 7/25/11 at approximately 1800 hours victim's exboyfriend went to her residence and stole her 2011 Yamaha dirt bike valued at $8000.00. Victim was unable to provide model, engine size or Vehicle Identification Number on the motorcycle. Victim just purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago.

On 7/25/11 deputy responded to above location in reference to the suspect damaging victims property. Victim stated that the suspect damaged 6 windows to his vehicle which is a 1998 VW Jetta black in color. Victim stated that suspect was throwing rocks and also damaged the vehicle. Estimated damage amount to vehicle is $1500.00. Suspect also broke 2 windows to her mothers residence. Damage amount is estimated at $200.00. Suspect threatened victim by attempting to throw rocks at him. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
