On 07-29-2011, Deputies responded to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle at the above stated location. The above stated vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of the Cedar Creek Apartments in the early morning hours. Suspects are pending further investigation.

SUSPECT RAN AWAY EAST BOUND AND WAS DISCRIBED AS A 14 TO 16 YOA HISPANIC MALE WEARING A WHITE HAT AND T-SHIRT. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED SHE AND HER SON LEFT THE HOUSE AROUND 9:25 PM AND RETURNED ABOUT 9:50 PM AND FOUND WHERE SOMEONE HAD CUT THE SCREEN TO AN OPEN WINDOW AND ENTERED THEIR HOUSE. VICTIM REPORTED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS HAD BEEN REMOVED. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

On July 28, 2011 at the above location victim reported that forced entry was gained through a back door between the hours of 0800 hours and 1200 hours and the above items were taken. Neighbors reported they observed a Blue in color older model Nissan Altima with three male occupants pull into the victims driveway. Case is still under investigation.

Suspect: Audelio A. Ibarra (aka: Alex), age 26, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license, Speeding, No Insurance, bench warrant out of Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines
On 7/25/11 deputy was conducting traffic enforcement at the above location. Deputy observed a gray in color Acura traveling SE bound on Caja del Oro Grant Road at a higher speed than the posted speed limit. Subject was clocked on radar. Traffic stop was conducted and suspect was found to have a revoked driver's license and a bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Suspect did not have proof of insurance. Vehicle was seized as per SF County Ordinance 2006-5. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: Hyde Park Road, near Ten Thousand Waves Health Spa.
Stolen: One muti: colored purse, one leather Ralph Lauren Wallet, one black in color make up kit and 6 credit cards.
On July 27th 2011 victim parked her vehicle on the side of Hyde Park Road just past the Ten Thousand Waves Health Spa to take pictures of the scenery. During the ten or fifteen minutes she was away from her vehicle someone took a blunt force object, shattered her passenger side window and took the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $205.00
