On This date victim reported that sometime between 1/6/11 and 1/24/11 some unknown person unlawfully entered her residence by unknown means and stole the above listed items.

The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $4350.00
 


0211001166 Burglary

Location: Old Santa Fe Trail (area)

Stolen: Samsung 32" Flat Screen TV: XBOX 360,: Glock .45pistol: .22cal pump rifle: Mossberg 12 Gauge shotgun: WWII M1 carbine.

On above date deputies were dispatched to Old Santa Fe Trail in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown person(s) gained entry to the residence through an unlocked front door and stole the above listed items. Victim stated that the items were stolen sometime between 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM on the date of report
While at the residence the renter who resides in the mother-in-law quarters also advised that his residence had been burglarized during the same time period. The suspects gained entry into the residence through an unlocked front door. A Toshiba laptop was the only item stolen from the residence.

The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $3300.00
 


0211001137 Driving on Suspended/Revoked Drivers License

Location: I-25 mile post 152 (Area)

Arrested: Michael Martinez 43 years old, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputies conduct a traffic stop on the above suspect / vehicle. The suspect driver was found to have a suspended/revoked driver’s license. The above driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
 


0211001165 Burglary

Location: Camino Tierra Real (Airport Rd area)

Stolen: white Xbox 360, 17 Insignia TV/DVD combo, Nokia cell phone

Victim reported that around 3:00pm on this date her home was burglarized. The unknown suspects gained entry by breaking the living room window. Upon entry in the residence the above items were stolen. According to a witness two 14 year old male subjects were seen walking through the mobile home park with a TV. They were described as about 5’3” tall both wearing hoodies.

The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $600.00

Location: North Sierra Place (Valle vista)

Stolen: 65" Mitsubishi LCD TV, Compact Laptop, Toshiba Laptop, Samsung Camera

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a Burglary. Victim reported that sometime between 01-24-11 at 0800 and 01-25-11 at 0700 some unknown person(s) gained forced entry into the residence and took the above items.  The items were valued at approximately $4300.  Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Gregory Lynch    Age: 23        Santa Fe,NM

Subject was stopped by Deputies after observing his vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Upon contact with the driver, he was found to be impaired. Subject was given a breath test with the results being .10, .10

Arrested: Robert Eisele   Age: 52   Clayton, NM

Subject was stopped by Deputies after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver and was found to be impiared. Driver was given tests and results were .23, .23. Subjects vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Vehicle Seizure Ordinance.

Stolen: 4 credit cards, 4 types of medication, $60.00 cash, blackberry cell phone

Victim reported that sometime on yesterday between 1100 hours and 2000 his home was burglarized. The unknown suspects gained entry through the unlocked front door, and took the above items from in the bedroom dresser.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $150.00
 


CASE 0211000969 / BURGLARY “AUTO” - CONSPIRACY, LARCENY, CONCEALING IDENTITY AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS / 01-21-2011

LOCATION: 300 BLOCK OF STATE ROAD #50, GLORIETA AREA

ARRESTED:  QUEZADA DOMINGUEZ-SOSA 31 YOA MALE & ANTHONY ARTURO 23 YOA MALE, BOTH OF SANTA FE

CHARGES: BURGLARY "AUTO" - CONSPIRACY, LARCENY, CONCEALING IDENTITY AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO A BURGLARY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE.  SUSPECTS INFORMATION WAS GIVEN AND THEY WERE DRIVING A WHITE IN COLOR FORD PICKUP.  VICTIMS SON WAS ABLE TO GET LICENSE PLATE INFORMATION.  THE VEHICLE WAS LOCATED BY DEPUTYS AND STOPPED.  DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF VEHICLE WERE IDENTIFIED AS SUSPECTED LISTED ABOVE.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE TWO MEN DROVE INTO THE DRIVEWAY OF THE VICTIMS HOME AND REMOVED A RED IN COLOR TOOL BOX WITH TOOLS AND A SONY CD PLAYED FROM VICTIMS VEHICLE, THESE ITEMS VALUED AT $2,500.00.  ALL PROPERTY WAS RECOVERED.  BOTH MEN WERE ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE  ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE THEY WERE BOOKED.


CASE 0211001022 / POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE “COCAINE - MARIJUANA”, DWI, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA / 01-22-2011

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF CALLE LASO ERRANTE, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  LEANDRO H. BACA 43YOA MALE & VANITY BACA 22 YOA FEMALE

CHARGES:  DWI, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA OVER 8 OUNCES, POSSESSION OF COCAINE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERANLIA, DWI.

ON THIS DATE AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, LEANDRO BACA WAS STOPPED BY DEPUTY MARTINEZ DUE TO A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE COMPLAINT IN THE AREA.  DURING THE INVESTIGATION THE  DRIVER WAS EMITTING THE ODOR OF AN INTOXICANT.  THE DRIVER WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE DRIVER ALSO HAD PILL BOTTLES WHICH CONTAINED MARIJUANA SEEDS AND ABOUT ONE POUND OF MARIJUANA.  THE PASSENGER VANITY BACA WAS FOUND TO HAVE CONCEALED HER IDENTITY DUE TO HAVEING A WARRANT FOR HER ARREST.  SHE  WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE COCAINE AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN HER POSSESSION AT THE TIME.  BOTH WERE ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.
