ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTY OBSERVED VEHICLE PARKED IN THE ROADWAY.  AS DEPUTY APPROCHED VEHICEL DROVE DOWN THE STREET AND PARKED AGAIN.  DEIVED WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED.  DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.


CASE 021101614 / AGGRAVATED DWI, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC / 11-02-2011

LOCATION:  STATE ROAD 14 AND CAMINO JUSTICIA

ARRESTED:  DANLEE WINEGAR, 49 YOA FEMALE

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED DWI AND ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY OBSERVED SUSPECT SOUTH BOUND ON STATE ROAD 14 GOING ABOUT 40 MPH IN THE 55 MPH POSTED SPEED ZONE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO DRIVE WITHIN HER LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  SUSPECT WAS STOIPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING.  DWI INVESTIGATION WAS CONDUCTED AND SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED FOR DWI.  SUSPECT REFUSED A BREATH TEST AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE  ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ARRESTED:  MATTHEW JOSEPH ARMIJO, 23 YOA MALE, ARROYO SECO AREA

CHARGES:  FALSE REPORTING

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LSITED LOCATION  DEPUTY WAS SENT TO MEET WITH SUSPECT.  SUSPECT KEPT CALLING 911 STATEING HE WAS HAVING MEDICAL PROBLEMS.  SUSPECT WAS CALL 911 ONE TIME AFTER ANOTHER.  DEPUTYS FOUND WHERE SUSPECT DID NOT HAVE ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND WAS GIVING FALSE INFORMATION FOR ATTENTION.  SUSPECT HAS BEEN ARRESTEED IN THE PAST FOR THE SAME THING.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AGAIN AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Stolen Items: Smith & Wesson .357/ Smtih & Wesson .22/  Three Nikon Camera's/ two Droid Cellular phones/ two IPAD's

On above date between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown suspects gained entry into the victims residence. Once inside the unknown suspects unlawfully removed the above items. Suspects pending futher investigation.

Stolen items value: $18,551.00

Location:  residence off of Camino del Monte, Santa Fe, NM (Seton Village)

On 11/1/11 deputies were dispatched to 2515 Camino Entrada in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that between 10/30/11 and 10/31/11 someone stole her oil painting from the common room of the residence she is renting.  Victim believes it might be one of the other tenants.  Victim stated that she notified the landlord in an attempt to have the landlord advise the other tenants to return the painting.  The tenants advised that they did not know who had taken the painting.  Estimated value of items taken is $5000.00.

Location:  12 Avenida Vista Grande, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

On 11/1/11 the complainant advised that between 10/11/11 and 10/19/11 suspect cashed 11 fraudulent USPS Money Orders against his personal account.  Victim stated the suspect agreed to a repayment plan because the suspect claimed he did not know the money orders were fraudulent.  On 10/24/11 suspect stated that he was the victim and felt he did not need to repay the money.  The estimated amount of money tfraudulently taken is $10,720.00.


Case#:  0211016284/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  11/1/11

Location:  3800 block of Oliver Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Road)

On 11/1/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that he left on 10/28/11 and returned this afternoon.  Victim stated that one of his employees had noticed the storage shed doors unlocked and also the doors to the business were unlocked.  Victim  stated that unknown suspects broke the lock off of lock box containing keys to the facility and to a Dodge pickup truck.  Entry was made with the keys and several power tools were taken from within.  Estimated value of items taken is $5,350.00.  Estimated damage amount is about $50.00.

Suspect: Juvenile male X2

Stolen: 3 Lcd television sets, trash can, cell phone

Recovered: 3 Lcd television sets, trash can, cell phone

Victim reported a burglary at the above residence. Victim arrived home around 1200hrs on this date (10-31-2011) and observed suspects in the residence. Victim obtained description and vehicle license plate, providing it to Law Enforcement. Suspects fled the area with stolen goods in an unknown direction. Entry to the residence was gained through force on a garage door. Once inside the suspects stole the above items. Suspects and property located shortly after fleeing the scene. Suspects arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.


CASE 0211016250 / ABUSE OF A CHILD (3) COUNTS - MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL \ 11-01-2011

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF CALLE DON TOMAS, EL RANCHO AREA

ARRESTED:  17 YOA FEMALE, ESPANOLA AREA

CHARGES:  3 COUNTS OF ABUSE OF A CHILD, MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTY'S WERE SENT DUE TO A FIGHT IN PROGRESS.  DEPUTY'S ARRIVED AND DURING INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT THE ABOVE LISTED 17 YOA FEMALE WAS FOUND INTOXICATED WITH SEVERAL OTHER JUVENILES.  SHE HAD HER THREE CHILDREN WITH HER, TWO 8-MONTH OLD TWINS AND ANOTHER 18-MONTH.  SUSPECT DID NOT HAVE ANY FOOD OR MEANS TO TAKE CARE OF HER CHILDREN DUE TO HER INTOXICATION.  CHILDREN YOUTH AND FAMILES WERE CONTACTED AND THEY TOOK CUSTODY OF THE THREE LITTLE BOYS.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  THE OTHER JUVENILES WERE ALSO ARRESTED AND RELEASED TO THEIR PARENTS.
