Victim stated the estimated value of the wagon is $2500.00. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

Deputy proceeded into the residence and observed the suspect sitting on a chair in the livingroom holding a multi-colored pyrex pipe. Suspect admitted to breaking the items because he hated her. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
