0212000986 Burglary 1-18-12

Stolen: Ipod, four credit cards, misc. jewelry, oxycodone

Victim reported that sometime between 1:45pm and 3:20pm on 1-18-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the front door of her residence by kicking the door open. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation

The above listed items were valued at about $4020.00

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (adult male) was found unresponsive by a family member. At this time there did not appear to be any signs of foul play. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On 1/17/12 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 0720 and 1900 hours unknown persons gained forced entry by throwing a rock through a rear bedroom window.  Victim stated that suspects took 15 Victoria Secret Bras and 40 pairs of Victoria Secret underwear.  Estimated value of items taken is $1500.00.  Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

On 1/17/12 deputy served 2 warrants on the above suspect at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  The warrants are out of the First Judicial District Court for Commercial Burglary and Larceny on one and the Second for Criminal Damage to Property, Commercial Burglary, Larceny, Auto Burglary, and Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.  Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case#:  0212000937/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date:  01/17/12

Location:  200 block of Santa Fe County Road 84. Santa Fe, NM (Jacona)

On 1-17-12, deputies were  dispatched to the above address reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, the residence had been cleared and no suspects were located inside.  Victim stated he had left for work at 10am and returned at 345pm.  Victim noticed his front door open and could hear noises coming from inside of the house. Victim ran to neighbors to call police.  Victim noticed that suspects took 4 Playstation 2 games and misc. DVD's.  Several music CD's were found in the back near the arroyo.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Estimated value of items taken is $1000.00.

Victim reports he was alerted by his bank on the above date in reference to a suspicious out of state transaction on his Visa credit card in Maplewood, Missouri. The transaction to place on January 16, 2012. Victim reports that the suspect charged $195.87 to his credit card that he is in possession of. At this time it is unknown who has been using the victims credit card. Case is still under investigation.
