Arrested: Eric Martinez, Age: 43, Santa Fe New Mexico
Deputy responded to a reported hit and run motor vehicle crash. During the investigation with the driver (above listed suspect) of the motor vehicle, the Deputy observed signs of impairment. Deputy conducted several tests and determined suspect was impaired. Above suspect was consequently arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe Detention Center.

Deputies responded to Nambe NM. Victim a ten year old child was allegedly sexually assaulted by an adult male. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, Possession of Marijuana
Deputies responded to Pam Y Eutelia Road in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival Steven Garcia was located on the property in possession of a water trailer that belonged to the calling party. Steven was arrested without incident and transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Juan Pablo Martinez, 44yo male, Santa Fe
Charges: DWI, Careless Driving
Deputies responded to a single vehicle accident on Old Santa Fe Trail, west of Roy Crawford Lane. Upon arrival Juan Pablo was deemed to be impaired by an intoxicant and admitted to driving his vehicle and crashing. Juan Pablo stuck a power pole knocking it down to the roadway. After treatment at the Hospital Juan Pablo was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Stolen: Three western saddles, one bridle, one reign
Victim reported that on this date (04-30-2011) an unknown person(s) entered their property and unlawfully took the above items. The items were taken from a tack room located in the barn. No forced entry noted. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance. Upon arrival Deputies contacted a suspect. During the investigation the suspect fled the area in a vehicle. Deputies gave several commands for the suspect to stop but suspect continued to flee the area. Victim stated they were battered by the suspect fleeing. Case is under investigation.

Deputy stopped a vehicle for a burnt out headlamp. Deputy made contact with driver, above listed suspect and observed him to be impaired. Deputy conducted several tests and determined above suspect was impaired. Deputy also discovered Marijuana and paraphernalia in above suspects vehicle while conducting an inventory of the vehicle. Above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On 04-30-2011 contact was made with the above listed defendant after he was observed standing outside his vehicle westbound lanes of travel vomiting. During the course of contact with him it was found that he was impaired by an intoxicant.

Suspect was stop for a traffic violation, during the course of the traffic stop Deputy discovered suspect had an outstanding warrant out of the Texas Youth Commission for absconding. The Juvenile Probation Office was notified and authorized incarceration of above listed suspect. Juvenile was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.

Victim reported that on April 16th 2011 she handed a mechanic $800.00 to fix her car. He took the vehicle and disappeared. The victim stated that she has attempted to contact the mechanic since said date and never could get a hold of him. This case is pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $10,000.00
