Victim reported that between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 9:30a.m. on 9-29-10 an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered into her unsecured vehicle as it was parked at her residence and stole her green purse which contained a Nokia cell phone, 5 sets of keys, makeup, social security card, black wallet, $2.75 currency, NM drivers license, Lowe's credit card and a Kohl's credit card.  Victim reported that when she called to cancel her Lowe's credit card she was informed that an unauthorized purchase of $1,500.00 had been made.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Victim reported that she had put down a $1,000.00 deposit on a vehicle that she was in the process of purchasing from the above location.  On Sunday Sept. 26, 2010 an aquaintance of the victim's went to the above location and informed the owner of the business that the victim was no longer interested in buying the vehicle and convinced the owner to put $500.00 of the victim's deposit  towards a vehicle he was purchasing.  When vitim went to the location to complete the purchase of the vehicle she learned what had taken place and the owner refused to return the $1,000.00 deposit to her.

Sometime between the hours of 8:00 p.m. 0n 9-28- 2010 and 7:00 a.m. on 9-29-2010 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into a 2000 Olsdmobile Alero as it was parked at the above location.  Suspect(s) stole the stereo, speakers and an amplifire with a total value of $1,600.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

On September 30, 2010 at 12:15 AM, the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location with non-operational tail lamps and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  The suspect was unable to produce his valid New Mexico Driver's License or proof of insurance upon request.

On September 29, 2010 at 10:36 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with a tail lamp lens that was broken, thus emitting a white light to the rear of the vehicle.  The suspect was unable to produce her valid New Mexico Driver's License or proof of insurance.  Three glass pipes with suspected cocaine residue were located in the vehicle.  There was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear.

Location:  residence off of Calle Jacinta, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rabbit Rd.)

On 9/29/10 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival it was determined that unknown persons gained entry to the residence through an unlocked rear door.  Victim stated that unknown persons took an Ipod Nano, $26.00 in quarters, $15.00 in one dollar coins, and a Nikon digital camera.  Estimated value of items taken is $541.00  Victim stated that this occurred between 1230 and 1630 hours.
