On July 21, 2011 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an aggravated assault.  Victim advised he was threatened with a rifle.  Victim didn't see the weapon but heard it being chambered.  No weapon was located by Deputies.  Case under review.

Between July 19, 2011, and July 20, 2011 unknown suspect(s) unlawfully stole the above item over night. Victim noticed his automatic solar panel gate opener missing in the morning. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Stolen items were valued at under $1500.00

On 07.20.2011 between 7: 18 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry to the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 10,300.00

ARRESTED:  BRIAN SEPULVEDA, 30 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  DWI, SUSPENED LICENSE OR REVOKED, SPEEDING, PROOF OF INSURENCE, REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED SPEEDING, WEST BOUND ON AGUA FRIA.  TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED AND SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING.  AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  SUSPECTS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On July 20, 2011 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a residential burglary.  Victim stated someone unlawfully/ forcefully entered his residence through the rear door sometime between 1000 hours and 1740 hours.  The above items were taken from the residence.  Estimated damage to property $700.00.  Estimated value of property stolen $2670.00.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on or between 0600-1700hrs on July, 20, 2011 an unknown suspect(s) geined forced entry into their residence.  Entry was gained through a rear facing window.  Once inside the suspect(s) stole the obove items and fled the area. Case is under investigation.  


Case#:  0211010454/ Aggravated Assault, Tampering with evidence, Negligent use of a Deadly Weapon/ Date: 07/20/11

Location: Jose Alfredo Lane (County Road 84)

Suspect:  Rumaldo Roybal, 20 yoa male, Santa Fe

Charges: Aggravated Assault, Tampering with Evidence, Negligent Use of a Deadly Weapon

On July 20, 2011 Deputies responded to shots fired in the area of Jose Alfredo Lane (El Rancho area).  Victim reported the above suspect pointed a gun at him and fired one shot up in the air.  Suspect admitted to shooting the gun.  Suspect hid the gun in an abandon trailer, which was located by Deputies.  Suspect was arrested and booked without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the above charges.

Location: East Pine (South Fork area)

Damaged: Ford Fiesta, $2,500

Suspect: Pending

On July 20, 2011 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Criminal Damage to a Motor Vehicle.  Incident occured between the dates of July 12, 2011 through July 20, 2011.  Unknown suspect(s) used a sharp hand tool to cause gouge marks, dents and chipping the paint to the vehicle.  Victims vehicle is a 2011 Ford Fiesta.  Victim believes that they are familiar with suspect.  Case is still under investigation.  Estimated damage $2500.00.

Location: 27 Chocolate Flower Circle, Santa Fe (La Tierra)

Check Total: $5,000.00

Since March 1st 2011, victim entered into a business contract with suspect for insurance. Victim paid the suspect $5000.00 to cover the company for an independent film production. Victim believes that the suspect pocketed the money, and didn't cover the business.

Suspect is pending further investigation.

Location: 45 Calle Del Cedro (Edgewood)

Fraudulent Checks Total:$5,300.00

Between July 7th 2011, and July 18th, 2011 victim deposited two fraudulent checks in the amount of $2,650.00 each that she received from weekly house cleaning from a craigslist advertisement. Victim was notified by the bank that the checks were fictitious. Victim had spent some of the funds. Suspects are pending further investigation.
