On 10-03-10 the victim reported that  he parked his vehicle at the above location while biking on the trail. When he returned to the vehicle he found the driver side window broken. Upon checking his vehicle he found the above items were stolen. No witnesses or latent prints were located.

Between 1:30 PM on October 3, 2010 and 1:40 AM on October 4, 2010 person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by forcing open the rear door.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown damaged walls, appliances and furniture.  No items were taken.

Suspect:  Elias Fresquez, 25, Chimayo, NM

Charged:  DWI, Failure to Yield Right of Way to Emergency Vehicle, License to be

                   Carried and Exhibited Upon Demand

On October 4, 2010 at 12:20 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location when he almost struck Deputy Martinez.  Deputy Martinez was on the shoulder of the roadway conducting a traffic stop and the suspect failed toslow down and move over to the inside lane.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  The suspect was unable to produce his valid New Mexico Driver's License upon request.

No Suspect Information

Victim reported that unknown person noticed that her purse was gone, including the contents were gone. The above items were in the purse. It is not known were the purse was stolen at.

Victim reports she saw a male subject drive up to her barn. He walked into the barn through the south side doors and later fled prior to deputies arriving on scene. No items were reported missing.

Arrested: Roseanne Lopez - age 23, San Juan Pueblo

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain her lane. During the traffic stop, she exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She submitted to a breath test and the results were .14 and .15. She was booked into ADC.

Arrested: Alonzo Moya Jr. - age 20, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at about 10:30pm on 10/2/10 and arrested the above suspect for reportedly battering his father and sister. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant without incident. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: Garmen radar detector, 1 gold Turkish Box Chain 18 inches long, Gold & pearl ring with two diamonds, 1 pair of diamond earrings, $38.00 cash

Victim reported that on this date between 11:00am and 12:00noon some unknown person entered victim’s vehicle by unknown means and stole the above listed items while victim was attending church services.
The items stolen were valued at about $3788.00
