VICTIM STATED SHE DID AN INVENTORY OF HER BELONGINGS AND FOUND THE LISTED ITEMS HAD BEEN REMOVED IN THE LAST FOUR DAYS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THE SUSPECT HAD CONTACTED HER TO PLACE A LARGE ORDER VALUED AT $2,748.93. SUSPECT THEN WANTED A REFUND AND WANTED CASH SENT. VICTIM FOUND OUT THAT THE SUSPECT WAS USING CREDIT CARDS AND THEY WERE DECLINED. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION. VICTIM WAS ABLE TO CANCEAL THE TRANSACTION.

On this date a victim reported as he was applying for Medicaid he was informed that someone had been using his social security number. The unknown person used the pertinent information as he or she was working for a construction business in Eunice, New Mexico. The victim denies ever being in Eunice New Mexico. The victim (older brother) received notice that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and wanted to document the incident. This case is pending further investigation. It is unknown exactly where the moving violation was issued within Santa Fe County, New Mexico.

CHARGES: ABUSE OF A CHILD, AGGRAVATED DWI, DRIVING ONA REVOKED LICENSE, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED SOUTH BOUND FAILING TO STAY WITHIN HER LANE OF THE ROADWAY. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED. SUSPECT HAD A 16 YOA MALE PASSENGER WITH HER AT THE TIMEOF THE STOP. A STATUS CHECK WAS COMPLETED ON THE SUSPECT ANDSHEWAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE DUE TO OTHER DWI CONVICTIONS. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. CHILD WAS RELEASED TO A FAMILY MEMBER AND THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

The unknown suspect(s) entered the residence without force and removed the items. No report was made on 03-07-2011 due to the fact that the victim thought the items were just moved and not missing. Case is under investigation.

Victim stated that her vehicle was stolen on March 22nd 2011 and reported to the Santa Fe County Sheriffs Department. Victim on 03-28-2011 wanted to report her credit card stolen, which was left in the glove compartment of said vehicle. The victim had $1,200.00 taken from her bank account as a result of the card being used. Suspects are pending further information.
