On 4/1/11 victim reported that an unknown suspect entered her residence through an unlocked door and stole all the keys to her house and vehicles.  Victim stated that suspect took off in her vehicle which is a 2000 Ford Explorer white in color.  Estimated value of the vehicle is $8000.00.  No damage to the residence.

Location:  6100 block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Country Club MHP)

On 4/1/11 victim advised that sometime about a year and a half ago an unknown male stole her vehicle which is a 1992 Ford Taurus gray in color.  Victim stated that a person she knows had taken the vehicle to a location off of Siler Road prior to being stolen.  Estimated value of the vehicle is $5000.00.


CASE#0211004490, THEFT OF A CREDIT CARD, DATE:04/01/11

SUSPECT(S): PENDING

    Victim reported an unknown person stole her Direct Express Debit Card from her purse sometime within the past couple of days.  Victim was unsure of exaxctly when or where the theft took place.  The injestigation is ongoing.

Location: 1300 block Bishops Lodge Rd (Tesuque area)

Stolen: 1 bag of groceries

Victim reported that sometime between 3/31/11 9:00pm and 3/31/11 10:00pm some unknown person unlawfully entered his vehicle by breaking the back window and stole the above listed items as the vehicle were parked in the victims driveway

The items stolen/damaged were valued at under $300.00
 


0211004407 ( Larceny)

Location: 265 Calle Victoriana (Edgewood)

Stolen: 100 bails of hay

On March 27th 2011 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm someone stole 100 bails of hay from hay shed located the southwest portion of the property. The unknown suspect broke the lock to the entry gate of the property in order to gain access to the items. This incident is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1,000.00

 


0211004461, Burglary, 3-31-11

Location: Desert Rose Ct. (Pojoaque area)

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported suspect forcefully gained entry into their residence by kicking in the rear door.  Once inside suspect stole a black Dynex 40 inch flatscreen television and a 40 inch Toshiba flatscreen television.  Total value of items stolen is $1200.00.  Case is under investigation.  


Case#:  0211004381/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  03/30/11

Location:  residence off of Paseo del Angel, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)

On 3/30/11, Deputies were dispatched to the above address.  Upon arrival deputies met with the victim who stated that he was last at his home yesterday morning at approximately ten.  He stated that he returned this evening at five to find his front gate open and the wire cut.  He stated that a portable cement mixer was taken.  Estimated value of items taken is $3000.00.

LOCATION: STATE ROAD 106/US HIGHWAY 84/285

SUSPECT(S): PENDING

    On 03/31/2011 victim reported while walking home on State Road 106 two Hispanic males driving a white in color compact Ford car with tinted windows stopped their vehicle, got out, pushed victim to the ground, kicked the victim and stole the victim's wallet.  The case is currently under investigation.

LOCATION: CALLE INEZ, SANTA FE N.M.

SUSPECT: MARLON SPLAN, 30YOA, SANTA FE N.M.

    On 03/31/2011 Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call on Calle Inez involving above suspect and his ex-girlfriend.  Upon Deputies arrival suspect was found to be in violation of an order of protection and was taken into custody without incident.

Stolen: Blue in color Chevy S-10 tail gate

A white male about 5’6 to 5’8 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds between 23 to 28 years of age stole the above stated item from the bed of a 1999 blue Chevy S-10. The vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Pojoaque Super Market. This case is pending further investigation.
