ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS WORKING ON HIS COMPUTER WHEN SUSPECT WALKED INTO HIS HOUSE. ENTERED THE KITCHEN AND WAS REACHING FOR VICTIMS WALLET THAT WAS ON THE COUNTER. VICTIM STARTED YELLING AT SUSPECT TO GET OUT OF HIS HOUSE AND THE SUSPECT JUST WALKED OUT THE DOOR AND WENT DOWN THE STREET. DEPUTY ARRIVED AND LOCATED SUSPECTS FOOT PRINTS AND FOLLOWED THEM TO SUSPECTS HOUSE. DEPUTY MADE CONTACT WITH SUSPECT AND MATCHED UP THE SHOE PRINTS. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF TUSA DRIVE, SANTA FE AREA
ITEMS DAMAGED OF STOLEN: 19" Magnavox television, a AIWA 5 CD changer stereo with 4foot detached speakers, approximately 60 DVD movies, approximately 30 CD's, and a black Optim Vision telescope, several packages of hamburger meat, steaks, eggs, three 12 packs of cokes, a package of cookies, a bottle of vegetable oil, and a box of snow balls, a blue sleeping bag was stolen, a Phillips 5 CD changer stereo, a bag with a silver bracelet with approximately 15 diamonds across the top, a gold pendant with approximately 30 diamonds in a cluster, and a silver Swiss army watch. Items valued at $3,475.00
Between Sunday August 7, 2011 at 12:00pm and Monday August 8, 2011 at 09:00am the above residence was burglarized. The above items were stolen. The victim was notified by a neighbor via telephone his front door was open, and the lights were left on inside; because he was out of town caring for an ill family member. Entry to the residence was gained through the front window. The screen was cut slightly, and the window was opened.

ITEMS DAMAGED OR STOLEN: (4) DVD PLAYERS, JEWELRY, 50 ASSORTED DVD MOVIES, ONE PAIR OF JORDAN GIRLS SHOES, DAMAGE TO FRONT DOOR AND FRAME, TOTAL VALUED AT $1,795.00
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 7:30 PM AND 10:37 PM UNKNOWN PERSON(S) KICKED IN THE FRONT DOOR AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS FROM HER HOME. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

The above suspect threw a punch at a correctional officer when he was directed to enter a holding cell. Officer was able to block the strike and secure the suspect. Incident was observed and recorded on facility surveillance cameras. Subject was booked for Battery against a Peace Officer.
