ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT SOME UNKNOWN PERSONS BROKE INTO HIS HOUSE THAT IS FOR SALE. IT LOOKS AS IF THE PERSONS INVOLVED HAD A PARTY THERE AT THE HOUSE. UNKNOWN IF ANYTHING WAS TAKEN AT THIS TIME CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.

Victim reported that sometime between 2:00 am and 10:30 am
Their residence had been burglarized. The above item had been stolen. There were no signs of forced entry. Victim reported that she had left her side door unlocked.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $200.00

Victim reported on this date at about 3:00am he was beaten up by a person only known to him as “Toker”. Victim was struck with a brick and sustained injuries to his head. Victim refused to cooperate with Deputies out of fear of retaliation and would not give any further information. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On March 4th, 7th, and 18th 2011, someone removed several pieces of U.S. Mail from the mail box of the above stated address. The U.S. Postal service confirmed that mail was delivered on said dates. Suspects are pending further investigation.
It is undetermined at this time the exact monetary value of the mail stolen.

Victim reported that sometime between 3/17/11 4:00pm and 3/19/11 9:00pm someone unlawfully entered the above address and stole the above list items. Entry was gained by forcing open the rear door with some unknown object.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $6375.00

On this date while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Jail the above listed suspect punched a Corrections Officer. The above suspect was arrested and re-booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On the above date at the above address between 2200 hours and 0840 hours the victim reported that The Above vehicle had been vandalized/damaged as it was parked at the victims residence.
The damaged was estimated to be about $1000.00

Deputy initiated a traffic stop with vehilce after observing him traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of traffic. Upon contact with the driver it was determined that he was impaired and arrested. Driver refused Chemical testing.

Driver was stopped after recieving a report of a possible drunk driver traveling on the roadway. Upon contact with the driver it was found that the driver was impaired. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.
