Victim reported on this date sometime between 9:15 and 9:30 am an unknown person entered an unlocked door of 2000 Volkswagen Beetle and stole a $130.00 in cash. A young male 16 years old with a thin build with brown hair and brown eyes was seen in the vehicle.

On March 12, 2011 at 10:22 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location when she struck several landscape boulders while attempting to make a right turn into a driveway. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. There is no driver's license on file for the suspect (ID Card Only). The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The tempory registration displayed on the vehicle was issued to another vehicle. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a glass type smoking device containing suspected burnt marijuana residue and some suspected marijuana.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. There is no driver's license on file for the suspect. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The suspect was in possession of open containers of beer .

On March 12, 2011 the suspects gained entry to a residence at the location through an unlocked window. Once inside the residence the suspects removed two bicycles and some fireworks. When confronted the suspects returned the bicycles.

CHARGES: RESISTING AN OFFICER, DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE AND SEATBELT REQUIRED ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED DRIVING HIS 1995 BLUE NISSAN 4-DOOR. WHEN OFFICER WENT TO STOP SUSPECT FOR VIOLATION HE TOOK OFF AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED THEN AFTER STOPPING HIS VEHICLE HE JUMPED OUT AND TOOK OFF RUNNING. SUSPECT WAS CAUGHT AND ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECTS VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY OFFICER. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Victim reported he went to the above address at about 5:45am to pick up his cousin leaving his vehicle running as he went inside. When victim returned to his vehicle it was gone, and had been taken by the above listed suspect. Suspect was then located in the vehicle when she returned to the area. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
