ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WENT TO TURN AROUND IN A DRIVEWAY WHEN SHE PASTED OUT AND HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY . SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A NARCOTIC AND WAS ARRESTED. SUSPECT WAS ALSO FOUND WITH PARAPHERNALIA AND A BAGGIE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Location: residence off of Santa Fe County Road 84G, Santa Fe, NM
On 3/9/11 between the hours of 1100 and 1230 hours, unknown suspects gained entry to an unlocked shed and took miscellaneous power tools. Victim stated that he heard the dogs barking and did not look outside. Estimated value of items taken is $2,120.00. No damage to the shed.

Compainant reported that suspects entered building by prying open door and attempted in removing all the copper wiring from within the building. Suspects fled before being able to get all copper. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported to Deputy a suspect gained entry into the residence by forced entry. Once inside the suspect stole an Xbox 360 console, 32" Insignia television, 3 video games, PSP game and a mens sweater. Case is under investigation.

On March 7, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a medical assistance. Above victim stated she was recently battered by the suspect on March 5, 2011, causing her to be highly stressed, triggering her to have a seizure. Above victim was treated by medical personnel and revealed that above suspect caused the seizure. Above victim stated she has been receiving threatening/intimidating phone calls from the above suspect, due to a warrant out for his arrest.

Between 3-6-11 at 1800hrs and 3-7-11 at 1700hrs an unknown suspect(s) entered the residence through a window with no force. Once in the residence the suspect(s) stole the above property and left the area. Case is under investigation.

On 3/7/11 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an embezzlement. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspect had scratched out the apartments name on the "pay to the order of" line and had written her name. Suspect then deposited the funds into her bank account. There are 10 money orders which had been tampered with totaling $3,142.44.

Deputies responded to above address in regards to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned that the suspect had battered the victim prior to our arrival. Victim stated that the argument had been transpiring all day. Suspect was drinking during this time and became physical. Victim was treated at scene by medics and released. Suspect was booked into ADC without incident.
