On October 10, 2010 between 10:30 AM and 7:44 PM person(s) unknown gained entry to a residence at the location by removing a screen from a window on the south side of the residence. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a handgun, lap top computer and jewelry from trom the residence.

Sometime between the hours of 4:00 p.m. on 10-7-10 and 6:50 a.m. on 10-8-10 an unknown person(s) cut a pad lock on a gate to a secured parking lot at the above location and gained entry. The suspect(s) the stole a white in color Ford F-350 pickup which had a 20' 2003 utility trailer attached to it, and a John Deer 110 Backhoe secured on the utility trailer. Also on the utility trailer was a large wood spool of 2000' black and red cable wiring and misc. tools. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Suspect(s)/Arrested: Michael Armijo DOB:7-30-1991 (19) 437 Playful Meadows Rio Rancho, NM 87144. Brandon Vasquez DOB: 08-02-1989 (21) 1628 La Cieneguita Santa Fe, NM 87507.
On October 8, 2010 Deputies responded to a burglary in progress at a residence at the above location. A witness was able to provided the discription of the two suspects and a licence plate to a white in color vehicle that the suspects had fled in. Deputies located the vehicle and the suspects on Cerrillos Road where they were arrested. Suspects were booked at the Santa Fe County Jail on the charges of Burglary and Conspiracy. Michael Armijo was also charged with concealing identity as he provided a false name and date of birth at the time of arrest.

On October 8, 2010 at approximately 9:30 a.m. an unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into a residence at the above location while the home owner was in the shower. When the home owner exited the shower she discovered that a 46" flat screen TV was missing from the living room and the front door to the residence was wide open. Victim did not see anyone leaving the area. No suspects or witnesses are available at this time.

Arrested: Eric Brown, age 33, Santa Fe NM
Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle, after the vehicle was reported as a possible DWI in the City limits. Suspect displayed signs of being impaired by some type of intoxicating liquor or drug. Suspect was arrested and charged with DWI, Speeding and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: Flat screen TV
Victim reported that on this date sometime between 7:45am and 6:00pm some unknown person burglarized her residence. It was unknown how entry was made into the residence. Upon entering the residence the above listed item was stolen valued at about $400.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Victim reported that on this date he was headed home at the above location, when he swerved to avoid hitting a dog in the road. Victim stated suspect/ dog owner came out of the residence and attempted to punch him. Victim attempted to leave but struck a fence as he left. Victim stated the suspect showed up at his residence a short while later and pointed a rifle at him. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful at this time.

Victim: 86 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
On 10/8/10 between the hours of 1615 and 1640 the caretaker advised that she checked on victim in which he was unconcious and not breathing. Caretaker advised that they called 911 in which Santa Fe County Medic Unit 61 arrived in an attempt to revive victim with negative results. Victim did have a medical history. OMI arrived on scene and took over investigation. It appears no foul play was involved.

Charged: Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, DWI, Stop Sign Violation
On October 7, 2010 at 11:07 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of marijuana and a Bl;ood Test was administered. The results of which are pending. The suspect was also found to be in possession of marijuana along with packaging material for distribution.
