On 10/13/10 victim stated that she was involved in a domestic with her husband which occurred on Saturday, 10/9/10. Victim stated that her husband had damaged two wedding bands. Victim stated that suspect had punched a hole in the closet door. Estimated damage amount is $4800.00. Victim stated that a restraining order was served on suspect and was active.

Arrested: Brittany Lujan age: 18
On 10-11-10 the above person was placed under arrest after being involved in an altercation with a household member. The victim reported that the above person had struck in the face with a closed fist after she received a phone call from another individual. The suspect was also found to be in possession of two pyrex pipes and a digital scale. The suspect also had possession of a green leafy substance which was found to be marijuana. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reports that someone forced entry into her home between 7:30pm and 8:30pm on 10/11/10. Entry was made by removing a window screen and opening the window. There were signs of rummaging inside but nothing appeared to be missing. At the time of report, no suspects or witnesses had been identified.
