On 9/28/10 victim stated that between 0900 and 1400 hours unknown persons broke the passenger side front window to her 2003 Honda pilot. She stated that unknown persons used an unknown type of tool to shatter the window. She stated that unknown persons gained entry into the vehicle and opened the console but did not remove anything. Estimated damage amount is $150.00.

Victim: 75 year old male
On 9/28/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an unconcious male who was not breathing. Victim's wife stated that victim had a heart condition. Victim was seen by a Dr. today and was advised of a blood clot near his heart. OMI was contacted and arrived on scene. OMI Granger took over the investigation. No foul play was found.

On 9/28/10 between the hours of 1207 and 1209 a Yorkie puppy was tied under some shade and was taken by an unknown subject. A surveillance video was copied and turned into evidence. In the video a grey in color pickup truck was seen in the area and a person got out and took the puppy. Estimated value of the puppy is $1300.00.

On 9/28/10 between 1030 and 1230 hours unknown suspects took a 32" flatscreen TV and misc. costume jewelry. Forced entry was gained through the front door. Unknown suspects pried open the front door. Estimated value of items taken is $1450.00.

On 9/28/10 deputies were dispatched to a self storage place reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8/27/10 and 9/27/10 unknown suspects unlawfully entered her storage unit and stole her 28" Sony TV, Panasonic stereo system, DVD player, blowup mattress and misc. costume jewelry. Victim stated that suspects cut and removed the padlock. Estimated value of items taken is $4000.00.

The reporting party discovered the burglary on September 27,2010. The suspect(s) forced entry into the facility and stole the above listed items. The suspects also discovered that the keys had been left on the ignition to the facility forklift. The suspect(s) started and joy rode this piece of heavy equipment on the facility grounds and damaged property belonging to Western Summit. The suspect(s) committed appoximately $19,500.00 in damages to the facility and equipment. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charged: Bench warrant out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court and Concealing Identity
On 9/27/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to the suspectbeing at the residence and having an active warrant for his arrest. Upon arrival a male subject was locaated outside and identified himself as Conrado Guizar. A female identified the male as Alfonso. A check of the Santa Fe County inmate lookup photo revealed that Conrado was indeed Alfonso. He was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. He was served with the warrant and charged with Concealing identity.
