On March 20, 2011 at 5:12 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The suspect fell asleep and lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side and roll over 1.5 times. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and a Blood Test was administered. The results of this test are pending. The suspect was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The suspect was admitted to Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for treatment of non-llife threatening injuries.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

SUSPECT WAS LOCATED FLEEING THE AREA WITH OTHER PERSON INVOLVED IN THE DOMESTIC. AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED, SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the suspect driver at the above listed location. Upon contact with the driver several signs of impairment were seen. Driver was given standard field sobriety test in which he displayed several signs of impairment. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for Aggravate DWI without incident.

DEPUTYS LOCATED VICTIM AND THE PICKUP NORTH BOUND ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY OF THE EAST FRONTAGE ROAD. INVESTIGATION FOUND SUSPECT TO BE INTOXICATED AND IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER. SUSPECT HAD BEEN THROWING BEER CANS AT VICTIMS AND USED HIS VEHICLE TO FORCE THEM OF OFF OF THE ROADWAY. SUSOPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED LICENSE DUE TO A DWI, SO HIS VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
