Deputies responded to a report of a male with a gun. Upon arrival, they located the male in a vehicle with the handgun in his possession. There were reports he assaulted another male with the handgun. The male was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

On this date the above suspect was involved in a domestic with her husband. Suspect assaulted victim, Suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly. Suspect was also found to have an active bench warrant and was booked on the warrant.

Charges: Possession of controlled substance, Reckless driving, Revoked license
On December 25th, 2010, around 3:00 pm Mr. Armijo was east bound on Agua Fria at a high rate of speed (62 mph / 25 mph zone). He was stopped and found to have a revoked drivers license due to a DWI arrest. He was also found to a small bindel which contained cocaine. He was arrested on above listed charges and transported to the Adult Detention Center. His 1989 Chevy pickup was seized.

Deputies responded to above area in regards to victim reporting missing items from the residence. Items included, are a Xbox gaming console, Jewelry, DVDs and a digital camera. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: 26 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
On 12/24/10 victim stated that her brother was upset because his son had paint on his face. Victim stated that the suspect got mad and they began arguing. Victim stated that the suspect came out of his room with a baton and struck the front door. Victim stated that the suspect then threatened to hit her with the baton so she kicked him. Victim stated that she was going to call law enforcement so suspect then left the area. Suspect was not located. Estimated damage amount is pending.

Location: residence off of Summer Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of SR 503)
On 12/23/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a residential burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 0730 and 1630 hours someone unlawfully entered their home. Victim stated that unknown suspects took a 47" Westinghouse flatscreen TV, a Xbox 360 w/ controllers and game, 2 Nintendo Wii controllers, a blow dryer, gift cards, kids clothing, and a pillow. Estimated value of items taken is $3725.00. Victims stated that the unknown suspect had damaged the front door. Estimated damage is pending.

Charged: Burglary, Possession of drug paraphernalia
On 12/24/10 at about 1620 hours, victim stated that the above suspect climbed into his bathroom window of his apartment. Once inside the residence, victim grabbed the suspect and held him down until law enforcement arrived. During the struggle a pipe and marijuana fell out of the suspects jacket. Nothing was taken from within. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies responded to an aggravated assault with a handgun. Victim reports friend was intoxicated and pointed a handgun at victim. Suspect fled prior to Deputies arrival. Case is currently under investigation.

Deputies responded to a report of a 32 year old male unresponsive. Upon arrival it was discovered that the male had committed suicide. A note was also discovered by investigators. Office of the Medical Investigator and Criminal investigators are investigating the incident.

Suspect unlawfully entered the victims residence with an unauthorized key. When the suspect entered the residence he took a cell phone from the victim, as she was talking on the phone, and asked her who she was talking to. He then took the cell phone and left the residence. The case is under investigation.
