Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility
On February 18, 2011 at 12:56 AM the supect was found in physical control of the vehicle as it was stopped in the middle of the roadway, blocking traffic, at the location. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The vehicle registration was found to be expired and the suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

On February 17, 2011 at 9:40 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in her facial area with a closed fist. The victim sustained no apparent injuries and required no medical attention.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED BETWEEN 12:00 AND 3:00 PM THIS DATE SUSPECT (S) FORCED ENTRY INTO HIS HOME BY BREAKING A WINDOW. SUSPECTS THEN REMOVED ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. SUSPECTS ALSO CUT THE PHONE LINE AND THE POWER LINE TO THE AIR CONDITIONER. VICTIM REPORTED WHEN HE ARRIVED HOME HE HEARD A NOISE COMING FROM THE BACK OF THE HOUSE. INVESTIGATION FOUND EVIDENCE AND CASE WILL BE FORWARD TO THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DIVISION.

VICTIM REPORTED HER ALARM COMPANY HAD CONTACTED HER ABOUT HER ALARM GOING OFF AND SHE TOLD THEM SHE WOULD CHECK ON IT. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
