On 09-02-10 the victim reported that sometime in the last four weeks unknown person(s) removed the above items from the residence. The victim had moved out and the bank was foreclosing on the property. The victim stated that he may have left the door to the residence unsecured when he moved out, do to the fact that no forced entry was found. A neighbor stated that he did see a red in color truck several times at the residence. The neighbor believed the vehicle to be a realtors truck. Suspect information is pending.

The above driver was stopped for failing to stop at a red light. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between Sunday 8/29/10 and this date some unknown person cut a locked gate entered the above property and stole the above listed items off victims vehicle a white 1994 Dodge 2500 pickup. The vehicle driver side door lock was damaged in order for the suspect to access the hood latch. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, and initial report was taken by State Police.

Deputies responded to the above listed address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim stated suspect arrived home intoxicated and began to yell profanities at her then suspect slapped victim in the face, victim had visible injures. Suspect was located arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 8-31-2010 at 10:05 PM the suspect was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect pushed the victim twice in the chest area with open hands. The victim sustained no injuries as a result of this incident.

Suspect: Lazarro Chavez, age 39, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: DWI, Driver to be licensed, Open Container
On 8/31/10 suspect was observed driving on US 84-285 near Buffalo Thunder exit in a green Chevy Cavalier bearing NM LFS169. Tesuque Tribal Officer then conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Upon making contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and officer could not communicate with the driver due to driver only speaking Spanish. Deputies arrived on scene and observed that suspect displayed signs of impairment and was asked to perform SFST's. Suspect refused and was then read the NM Implied Consent. Suspect refused to submit to chemical testing. An open container of Budweiser beer was found in the vehicle. Also the suspect did not have a drivers license. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported on this date that sometime between 10:30am and 4:30pm some unknown person unlawfully entered the above listed residence through an open bathroom window. Upon entering the unknown person stole the above listed items valued at about $1316.00. Victim advised that house had also been ransacked.

Victim reported on this date that sometime between 8:00am and 4:00pm some unknown person unlawfully entered the above listed residence through an open window. Upon entering the unknown person stole the above listed items valued at about $2440.00. Victim advised that she had seen a suspicious white mustang driving around in the morning.

On 8/31/10 victim reported that on 8/30/10 at about 2230 hours an unknown male crawled through a window and struck her several times and choked her. Victim stated that the suspect stated that he was looking for his daughter. Victim advised she was not at the residence. Suspect stayed in the residence until 8/31/10 at 1000 hours and took victim's cell phone. Victim stated that suspect took several DVD's which were valued at $200.00. Criminal Investigations was called to scene and took over investigation.
