Deputies responded to a Burglary in progress. Witnesses stated that they saw a male kick open the front door to a residence in the area. The male then entered with a second male into the home. While in the home the males took a 32" Flat Panel TV and a Dell Laptop Computer valued at $2000.00. The damage to the door was valued at $400.00. The TV and laptop were located in the brush near the residence. The property was processed for evidence.

Stolen: Cannon Camera, Playstation III, Dell Laptop, Apple I-Pod, valued at $2500

No Suspect Information

Victim reported that unknown persons entered his home through an open front door, which was unlocked. Once inside the unknown suspects took the above item. The burglary took place at some point between on August 23 – August 27, 2010.

Above defendant was brought back to Santa Fe County by virtue of an extradition. Above subject was wanted on an outstanding District Court Warrant. The warrant was served without incident.

Stolen: 7,5000 in US Currency

No Suspect Information

Victim reported that unknown persons entered his home through an open bathroom window. Once inside the unknown suspects took $7500 in US Currency. The burglary took place at some point between 750am and 345pm on August 27, 2010.
 


0210007205, Violation of Order of Protection, Warrant Service, 8/28/10

Deputy Assigned: F. Trujillo

Location: Vereda de Valencia / Airport road

Suspect: Luis Solis  Age: 20  Santa Fe

Luis Solis was arrested after violating an Order of Protection by driving by the potected person's home several times.  He was also found to have an outstanding Bench Warrant for his arrest stemming from traffic violations. He was booked without incident.

On 8-27-2010 between 5:00 PM and 10:30 PM person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location.  There were no signs of forced entry.  The garage door was open upon the victim's return to the residence.  Two doors, along with a vault were open.  There appearred to be no items missing from the residence.

Charged: Speeding 47 in a 25 & Driving While License Suspended Or Revoked

Driver was observed traveling 47mph in a posted 25mph zone upon contact with the driver he was unable to provide a drivers license DMV records revealed that his driving privledge was revoked. the vehicle a 1999 Cadillac was seized and transported to the Sheriff'as seizure lot.


0210007158 Burglary / Unlawful taking of a Motor Vehicle

Location: Caliente Road, Santa Fe NM (El Rancho area)

Stolen: Green 1997 Honda DSI, hard top convertible, 4 gold coins, $60.00 cash

Victim reported on this date that sometime between 2:00pm and 4:00pm some unknown person broke into his residence through the front door. Upon entering the residence the suspect stole victim’s vehicle and money all valued at about $7100.00. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. Victim believes his son may have stolen the vehicle.
 


0210007126 Criminal Damage to property / Larceny

Location: Pablo Drive (La Cienega area)

Stolen: Washing Machine, weed eater, lawnmower and rotor tiller, storm windows.

Victim's tenant suspect spoke to him on the 5th of August about buying the above listed property. At sometime during the night suspect left the residence leaving behind damaged property and stealing household appliances that did not belong to him. The amount for the stolen property totaled $2,050 and the damaged property at this time total's $3200.00 dollars. The suspect whereabouts are unknown at this time.
