A traffic stop was conducted on suspects vehicle, after the vehicle was leaving the area of were shots were fired. The suspect was found with two 14 year old children. Alcohol and marijuana were located in the above vehicle.

Suspect Vehicle: Ford Expedition, Gold in color with Chrome rims

Victim reported that suspect pulled up to the intersection and shot an unknown weapon several times in the air. The victim heard the suspects say “Fuck No ES”. No one was struck a gun shot. The suspects were not located.

Victim reported that unknown persons broke into her home. Entry was gained through and unlocked window. Once inside the home a Toshiba Lap Top was taken. No other information was gained.

Victim reported unknown persons used an old ATM card to make $787.29 worth of unauthorized transactions. Victim not sure how ATM was obtained. Transactions were all done, via internet.

The above subject attempted to cross the median at the above location and got stuck. When deputies made contact with him, he exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .26 and .26 BrAC. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

 Victim advised that on this date sometime between 12:30pm and 3:00pm some unknown persons unlawfully entered their residence and stole the above listed items valued at about $2046.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On 3/5/10 victim reported that between the hours of 1500 on 3/4/10 and 1400 on 3/5/10 unknown persons gained entry through the front door by prying it with an unknown object.  Victim stated that unknown persons took an air compressor, a generator, a water pump, an engine, a leaf blower, a snow blower, a shop vac, misc power tools, a pressure washer, a battery charger, a weed eater, an Arc welder from within.  Estimated value of items taken is about $2270.00.  Estimated damage amount is 100.00.
