On 7/30/10 between the hours of 1330 and 1645, victim stated that his vehicle was burglarized. Victim stated that unknown persons broke the driver's side door window with an unknown type of tool. Victim stated that once inside unknown persons took a NM driver's license, a digital camera, a chef's knife, chef's coat and a black wallet with misc. cards. Estimated value of items taken is $1400. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

On -7-28-10 Deputies responded to an unattended death at the above location. Detectives arrived on scene to investigate the incident. However, foul play is not suspected and there were no obvious signs of injury to the victim. Next of kin was notified by Detectives.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly. Driver refused to submit to a breath test.

Victim reports that between 7:30am and 1:30pm, someone entered her home through the kitchen window when she was away. A laptop and several jewelry items were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses have yet been identified.

Victim reports that at about 2:00pm, on July 28th, someone forced entry into his home by prying open the front door. Several power tools were stolen from inside. One witness reported seeing a Maroon mini van parked in front of the residence at the time of burglry. No suspects had been identitfied a the time of report.

The victim reported that on July 28th, between 5:00pm and 6:30pm, someone shattered the window to her vehicle which was parked at the above location. The victim's purse, along with her identification and credit cards were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Deputies served a search warrant at 26B Nancy's trail and recovered multiple Marijuana Plants, Illegal Mushrooms and drug paraphernalia. Paul Lucero was arrested and booked for possession of the above items.
