On 7/23/10 between the hours of 1430 and 1454 witness observed suspect taking a TV out of his neighbor's residence. Witness obtained a license plate in which an attempt to contact the suspect was made but with negative results. Victim stated that suspects entered through a window and damaged the screen. Victim also stated that the suspects damaged the door which does not close properly. Estimated value of the item taken is $300.00.

On 7/23/10 deputy was flagged down by victim who stated that her purse was stolen from inside her vehicle as she was conducting business at the office. Victim stated that suspect stole the purse, $250.00 in cash, a New Mexico driver's license, an EBT card and a Shell gas card. Victim stated that her vehicle was unlocked at the time. Estimated value of items taken is $300.00.

On 7/23/10 victim stated that between 1445 and 1700 hours unknown persons broke into his residence. Victim stated that the suspects had gained entry by kicking in the front door. Victim stated that suspects took a 52" Sony TV, misc. jewelry, misc. alcoholic beverages, and a Sony bluray disc player. Estimated value of items taken is about $9304.00. On 7-24-2010 at 2:32 AM Suspect #1 and Suspect #2 were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when Suspect #1 grabbed Suspect #2's neck inflicting an abrasion. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that there was an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Suspect #2.

On 7/22/10 victim reported that between the hours of 1015 and 1430 hours his residence was broken into through an open window. Victim stated suspects entered the above residence and attempted to take a JVC 52" TV. Suspects then left the TV on the driveway and left with the remote. Victim stated that the estimated value of the remote is about $50.00. Estimated damage amount to the screen is about $30.00. Nothing else appeared to be missing.
