On this date Deputies were assisting Adult Probation and Parole at the above address. The above listed subject was found with drugs and drug paraphernalia which she admitted belonging to her. The drugs were field tested positive, and she was charged with Possession of a controlled substance X2, Possession of Marijuana under 1 oz, and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
Second suspect was arrested on a probation violation arrest order.

Charges: Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine.
On 10-04-10 the above individuals were staying in an apartment at the above location. A welfare check was conducted do to the renter of the apartment being admitted into St.Vincent's Hospital. Upon conducting the welfare check the above individuals were located. Gustavo was found to be in possession of a .45 caliber handgun and also found to be a convicted felon. James was found to be in possession of a small plastic bag containing a white substance, which was found to be cocaine. Both individuals were placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 10/4/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into his residence by prying open the back door. Victim stated that this occurred between the hours of 0600 and 1600. Victim stated that unknown persons stole his 46" Sony Bravia flatscreen TV and his HP laptop computer. Estimated value of items taken is $3100.00.

On 10/4/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that this occurred between the hours of 1200 and 1330. Victim stated that unknown persons kicked open the front door to gain entry. Victim stated that unknown persons took a 32" Samsung TV, a playstation 3, playstation controller, 9 playstation games, a RC Dodge Challenger, and a Cowboys jersey. Estimated value of items taken is $1540.00.
