On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (1 month old female) passed away at the above residence. It was undetermined what the cause of death was at this time; there were no signs of foul play located at the scene.

Stolen: 1 male black/whit Japanese chin K9, 1 female white with brown spots chin K9
On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a larceny that took place sometime between 7:00am and 7:30pm on 11/03/2010 Upon arrival it was determined that the above dogs were stolen from the south side of the victims yard.
The above listed dogs stolen were valued at about $600.00

Location: residence off of Carson Valley Way, Santa Fe, NM (off of SR 14)
On Monday November 8, 2010 deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe City Police Department reference to a forgery that occurred at the above address. Victim stated between October 30, 2010 and November 1, 2010 her husband forged her name on two checks. Victim stated each check was written in the amount of $300.00. Victim stated that the suspect is not authorized to withdraw money from the account. Victim stated account was closed pending investigation.

Driver was found passed out, in his vehicle, at a stop sign, at the intersection of the above street. Driver was found to be impaired and was arrested for DWI.

Stolen: Tattoo Equipment, Ink for Tattoo, X Box, Wi Gaming System, Camera, Games for X-box and Wi, valued at $2,500.
No Suspect Information
Victim reported that he broke into her residence through her front door. The front door was broken to gain entry. The above items were stolen and no suspects were located.

Arrested: Elizabeth Roybal DOB: 12/15/59 Charges: Assault on a Household Member and Violation of Restraining Order
The above suspect was arrested after she was involved in a verbal argument with her ex-girlfriend. Suspect assaulted her girlfriend and she had a valid Restraining Order against her ex-girlfriend.

Location: 100 block of Woods Loop, Santa Fe, NM (off of Old Las Vegas Hwy)
On 11/7/10 victim reported between the hours of 1000 and 1230 his residence was broken into and entry was gained by suspect throwing a brick through a sliding glass door. Victim stated that suspects also turned off his power to his residence by turning off the switch. Victim stated that the suspects took a Macbook Pro G-4 computer, Pentax digital camera, a gold Rolex watch and $2500.00 in cash. Estimated value of items taken is $7450.00. Estimated damage amount is about $2000.00.

On Friday November 5, 2010 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a burglary/larceny. Victim stated some time between November 3, 2010 and November 5, 2010 someone cut a hole in the fence of his construction yard and stole Misc. Box Steel, 2 Chainsaws, Round steel, Tee posts, Aluminum tracking, 3 industrial water pumps, 26' steel gates, and 8' ladder . Victim stated the suspect also broke the door latch to his shed and unlawfully entered and stole propane heaters. Estimated value of items taken is $8825.00.

On November 7th, 2010, at about 0201am deputies responded to a business alarm at the above location. Upon their arrival it was determined that two windows to the above business had been broken with rocks and forced entry had been made into the business. While inside the suspects attempted to gain entry into one cash register which contained no money and it appeared that they attempted to steal the business radio. It was determined that nothing was taken from the business although a substantial amount of damage was done to gain entry.
