On 10-20-2010 at 1:15 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect cut the victim on the hand with a kitchen knife. The victim was treated at the scene. A check revealed that the suspect had an active Arrest Order issued by Probation and Parole.

The defendant then broke into the victim’s home by forcefully kicking in the front door. The Defendant was in a physical fight with his girlfriend. The defendant struck his girlfriend in the of the head with a closed fist, several times. The defendant was arrested and taken to the Detention Center, without incident.

Location: residence off of Sunset Canyon Lane, Santa Fe, NM (Turquoise Trail Subdivision)
On 10/27/10 victim stated that when he went home for lunch at about 1145 hours he went into his residence and found a male subject inside. Victim stated that the male subject was about 6 ft. in height, slim build, with a moustache and goatee. Victim stated that the suspect was wearing a white in color hoodie and brown pants. Victim stated that he wrestled with the suspect for a bit and the suspect then got away. Victim stated that he noticed that his wife's jewelry was taken and also a Nintendo DS3. Estimated value of the items taken is about $10,200.00. Victim stated that he also noticed that his screen to his kitchen window had been cut. Deputies did not locate the suspect.
