On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defednant for careless driving in the above area. Upon making contact, officer detected an odor on an alcoholic beverage. Officer had the defendant submit to field sobriety test, which he failed. The defendant was arrested and booked a the adult detention center. For further information, refer to officer's report.

Arrested: Adrian Fierro 18yoa and a 16year old juvenile
On the above date, officers were dispatched the the above location regarding a burglary in progress. Victims advised that suspects had kicked in their door in an attempt to gain unlawful entry. The defednant was located outside ot the residence hiding under a truck. The juvenile was tracked with the assistance of the Santa Fe City Police department canine and was located off of Agua Fria Rd. Both suspects were arrested and booked accordingly. On 1/21/10 victim left his home at 0800 hours and returned at 1700 hours. Victim discovered unknown footprints in the snow near the driveway and the front door to his residence kicked in. Victim stated that he noticed his flatscreen TV, a HP laptop computer, an Apple laptop computer and an Apple Ipod missing from within his residence. Victim stated that unknown suspects also ransacked the residence. Estimated amount of items taken is $4299.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

On 1/20/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an assault in progress. Investigation revealed that suspect pried open door with a knife and once inside assaulted victim's boyfriend with the knife. Suspect then fled the area and was located at the Santa Fe Apartments where he was in possession of heroin. Estimated damage amount is pending. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 1/20/10 victim reported that between 1700 and 1945 hours unknown persons broke into her home by forcing open the rear door. Once inside the suspects stole a digital camera, a video camera and 1 pair of diamond earrings. Estimated value of items taken is $1970.00. Suspects also broke a window to the residence. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

On 1/20/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a man down. Upon locating the male, he was uncompliant and the male then pulled out a knife and lunged at deputy. Suspect was tased and placed under arrest. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspect was also found to have an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court and was served with it.
