Stolen: 4 rolls of film negatives
Victim reported that on March 15 2010 some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence and stole 4 sets of film negatives. Victim believes the unknown suspects had a key to his residence and was only after the 4 rolls of film. Victim could not estimate the value of the film at this time.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to an auto burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown person(s) gained entry to the above listed vehicle through an unlocked door. The above items were taken from the vehicle. This incident is under investigation.

Stolen: White/blue 2000 Ford F350 pickup truck. Value $13000.000
Victim reported that on 6/17/2010 some unknown person stole his wrecked pickup truck. Victim stated he did not report the incident because he believed the vehicle had been repossessed by the Credit Union. Victim stated he also saw some tire track near where his truck was parked and believed they were from some sort of a Tow Truck. A stolen vehicle affidavit was signed and the vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Location: 2300 block of Casa Rufina, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina)
On 6/21/10 victim reported that unknown persons gained unauthorized entry into her vehicle by prying open a rear window and unlocking the door. Once inside the suspects stole a Sony car stereo and 15 CD's. Estimated value of items taken is $380.00. Victim stated that this occurred between 1200 and 0900 hours.

Suspect: 28 year old female
On 6/18/10 victim stated that his bank contacted him and advised him of some charges on his credit card. Victim stated that suspect opened 4 credit cards in his (victim's) name and that the suspect was an authorized secondary user. It is unknown exactly how much was charged on the credit cards.

Victim reports that her exboyfriend sold her vehicle to an unknown person without her permission. The location of the vehicle is unknown. It is described as a white in color 1991 Ford F-150, bearing NM LJA099.

Location: residence off of Camino Capilla Vieja, Santa Fe, NM(La Cienega)
Suspect: 75 year old man, Santa Fe, NM
On 6/20/10 victim confronted the suspect who was cleaning out the acequias behind victim's residence. Victim stated that when he asked suspect what he was doing and suspect began cursing at him and at one point thrust the shovel he was using in the direction of the victim. Suspect stated that he is in charge of the acequias and was working on cleaning them and stated he never threatened anyone.

Suspect: Benito Lovato Age: 40 Las Vegas NM
Deputy conducted traffic stop on I-25 for traffic lane violation. Passenger Benito Lovato concealed identity when being issued citation for seatbelt violation. Benito Lovato had an outstanding Bench Warrant for his arrest out of Bernalillo County and was arrested and booked into SF CO. Detention.
