The above driver was involved in a roll over motor vehicle crash. He showed signs of impairment and was subsequently transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment. He was admitted due to his injuries. He was released from custody on his own recognizance.

The victim reported that her suitcase was taken from on top of her vehicle, while she and friends ate at Harry’s Roadhouse. The suit case was strapped down, but not locked. It is unknown the identity of the suspect.

The victim stated that unknown persons entered his home and took the above items. It is not known how entry was gained. There are no suspects at this time.

The victim stated that unknown persons entered his home and took the above items. The rear door to the home was pried open. There are no suspects at this time.

 

Case# 0210004393,4395,4396, 4397, Auto Burglary

Location of incident: 3200 Block Calle Maria Luisa

Suspect: 4 juvenile males 15-17 yrs old, wearing hooded jackets

Charges: PENDING

On Sun 5/30/10, between the hours og 4:00-4:30am, suspects were seen burglarizing vehicles. 6 vehicles were actually entered, all via unlocked doors. A CD book containing 140 misc music cd;s, and a Cobra radar detector was stolen rom a 2006 Acura, and a CD book containing misc music cd's was stolen from a 1997 Dodge Ram pickup. Suspects were scared off, by one of the victims. No further information. Investigation continues.

Charges: Battery on a Household Member

Suspect and victim were in a fight. The victim reported that he was battered with a belt. Victim had injuries consistent with the battery that was reported.

Victim: 36 yr old ex-husband

On 5/30/10, approx 0517hrs/a.m. Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in which the suspect found her ex-husband in bed with 2 females. The suspect proceeded to beat on one of the females, and then punched him, causing a fat lip. Suspect was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly.

On 5/31/10, approx 12:00AM, Suspect was driving a 1997 Ford F-150 bearing NM plate# LDX-878, and was stopped for weaving. Suspect arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Vehicle was seized and impounded pursuant to SF County Ordinance 2006-5.
