On this date at approximately 10:40 AM the victim was fishing at the Nambe Lake. While out on a canoe it capsized and the victim fell in the water and drowned. The incident is still under investigation.

Arrested: Javier Terrazas - age 36, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies came in contact with the above driver while he was trying to back out of a driveway. He exhibited signs of impairment and he admitted to drinking several beers before driving. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC after he refused to submit to a breath test.

Paul Rodriguez was arrested for Aggravated DWI, Revoked License and various outstanding warrants after being found in control of a vehicle on Airport Road. His bac was .16 or greater.

On 04-03-10 the suspect was placed under arrest after he had gone to the victim's residence and demanded a refund on a purchase he had made on Craigslist from the victim. When the victim ordered him off the property the suspect pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim. The suspect was apprehended and placed under arrest.

On 4/2/2010, approx 8:30pm , suspect was driving a 2009 Chev Aveo, 4d, white in color, bearing NM plate# 041-PMZ. Suspect was founf to be impaired and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly.
