On 04-01-10 while Deputy Nissen made contact was made with the occupants of a silver Hyundai Accent. During the course of his contact with the occupants, it was learned that the above male had bindle of cocaine and a bindle of marijuana concealed on his person. It was also found that the male had a pyrex pipe used to smoke marijuana in the car. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Charges: D.W.I., Driving on a Suspended or Revoked License, Roadway Laned for Traffic, Open Container, and Service of three Bench Warrants.
On 04-01-10 at aproximately 2039-hours/ 8:39pm, a traffic stop was conducted on the above vehicle after it was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observe. The subject was requested to perform the Standardized Fiel Sobriety test. However, during the walk and turn phase of the test, it was concluded for his safety. The subject was placed under arrest and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Act. The subject was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office for a breath test with the result of .32/.28/.32 BrAC. The subject was also found to have three outstanding Bench Warrants for his arrest, which were served. The subject had also been found to have an open containter of tequila inside the vehicle at the time of his arrest. The subject's license was shown to be Suspended or Revoked with the arrest clause. The subject's vehicle was seized and taken to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office. The subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
