On October 28, 2009 victim reported that a relative used her idenitity to obtain two credit cards which were activated and used to make several purchases totaling $7,800.  Further investigation into the matter is pending.

On October 28, 2009 victim reported that sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. today an unknown person(s) gained force entry into his residence and stole $2,000 in cash, $3,000 in gold and silver jewelry and 2 compaq lap top computers.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

On 10/27/09 suspect was at a hearing at Drug Court and was remanded back to the custody of the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Upon returning from Drug Court, suspect was questioned due to an intercepted phone call.  Suspect admitted to having contraband in her private area and contraband was seized by jail staff and law enforcement was contacted.  Suspect was booked and charged accordingly.

Suspect:  Rachel Tapia, age 37, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Agg. DWI, Possession of marijuana 1oz. or less, License to be carried

On 10/27/09 defendant was stopped for having a tail lamp out.  Upon making contact with teh defendant she was requested to produce her operator's license, registration, and insurance.  Of the requested documents the defendant was only able to produce the vehicle's registration.  While in contact with teh defendant an odor of marijuana smell was emitting from within the vehicle.  The defendant stated she had smoked some about five minutes prior to being stopped.  SFST's were conducted in which driver displayed signs of impairment.  The defendant was arrested and refused to submit to a chemical test.  Upon searching the defendant prior to placing her in the patrol vehicle a plastic baggie was located in her jacket pocket which contained a green leafy substance appearing to be marijuana.  Defendant was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  Santa Fe County Road 88 and Gould Lane, Espanola, NM (La Puebla)

Suspect:  Roberta Trujillo, age 35, Espanola, NM

Charged:  DWI(Felony), Careless Driving, Driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license, No Insurance, Bench warrant out of 1st Judicial District Court, Bench warrant out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court, Bench warrant out of 1st Judicial District Court for failure to appear.

On 10/27/09 deputies responded to a one vehicle crash unknown injuries.  Upon arrival deputies learned vehicle struck a wall at above location.  Suspect was transported by ambulance to Espanola Hospital.  Driver admitted to drinking "liquid cocaine" prior to crash.  Driver was arrested and  consented to a blood draw, pending results. Vehicle was seized due to having 6 prior DWI's and driver was operating said vehicle while license was suspended/revoked.  Driver could not provide a current insurance card for the vehicle.  Driver was released from the hospital and was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 10/27/09 victim reported sometime between 0945 and 1505 hours unknown suspects gained entry into residence by throwing a rock through rear door shattering glass pane.  Once inside unknown suspects removed 2 Apple Ipods, sterling silver bowl, sterling silver plate, 2 sterling silver pourages.  Estimated value of items taken is pending.  Footprints were located at the scene.

On 10-26-09 between 10:30am and 6:00pm, unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence through the front door. Once inside the suspect(s) removed computers, and audio equipment. Suspect information is pending in this case.

On 10-26-09 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an Auto Burglary in progress. During the course of the investigation it was learned that the above individual had agreed to break into two vehicles to steal parts. The other individual was under the age of 18.

On 10-26-09 the victim reported that she was notified at her information was flagged by a collections agency. Upon looking further into the incident she realized that it was from checks that were stolen back in June of 2009. The accounts were cancelled at the time the checks were stolen. No suspects have been identified at this time.


CASE 0209009448 / AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, UNLAWFUL TAKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY FELON

LOCATION: 2400 BLOCK OF SYCAMORE LOOP, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED: (1) RAFEAL DOMINGUEZ 19YOA MALE, (2) RICARDO VENZOR 19 YOA MALE, (3) LETICIA DOMINGUEZ 18 YOA FEMALE, ALL OF SANTA FE

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, UNLAWFUL TAKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY FELONY, CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION A REPORT OF A FIGHT IN PROGRESS.  WHILE EN ROUTE TO THE LOCATIONS DEPUTIES WERE ADVISED THAT SUSPECTS HAD TAKEN A SILVER OLDS ALERO AND LEAVING THE AREA.  DEPUTIES LOCATED THE VEHICLE AND TOOK THE THREE LISTED SUSPECS INTO INVESTIGATIVE DETENTION.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE RICARDO VENZOR HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE, CONCEALED HIS IDENTITY.  RAFEAL DOMINGUEZ HAD ATTACKED THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE WHILE HE WWAS IN HIS OTHER VEHICLE TRYING TO LOCATE THEM.  RAFEAL USED A BAT AND BROKE OUT THE WINSHEILD AND DRIVERS WINDO CAUSING MINOR INJURY TO THE OWNER.  RAFEAL HAD BEEN DRINKING AND WAS FOUND TO BE CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR TO WIT:  RICARDO VENSOR.  LETICIA DOMINGUEZ WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND ASSISTING IN THE DELINQUENCY ALSO.  ALL THREE WERE ARRESTED AND RICARDO WAS RELEASED TO HIS PARENTS AFTER DETENTION WAS DENIED.  LATER ON IT WAS DISCOVERED ABOUT RICARDO CONCEALING HIS IDENTITY AND WAS ARRRESTED AN A WARRANT AND BOOKED INTO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.
