On 2/21/10 victim wanted to file a report on her residence being burglarized. Victim stated that unknown suspect(s) gained entry through a kitchen window and broke it. Also broken inside the residence was a small wooden locked box. Victim stated that what she noticed missing at this time is 2 CD players, 50 DVD's, and misc. jewelry. Estimated amount of items taken at this time is $1060.00. Estimated damage amount is about $100.00.

On 2/21/10 Deputies responded to a Domestic ensued, and the suspect punched her in the face, lower abdomen, and pulled her hair. Suspect then left and went to his residence, where he wasarrested and charged accordingly.

Charges: Trafficking controlled substance (COCAINE) , DWI, Driver must be licensed , Driving while license suspended/revoked, Duty upon striking fixture or other property upon a Highway, No proof of insurance or registration
On Sat 2/20/10 , Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash/hit and run, in which the suspect was driving a 1999 Ford Mustang, yellow in color, bearing NM plate# KMD-551. Suspect made a turn from Airport Rd, on to Constellation and struck an 18 wheeler rear axle, that has been parked on the shoulder for an extended period of time. Suspect totaled out the entire front end, but was able to drive it to his residence,, 3704 Gunnison Rd. Suspect was located inside his residence, and claimed that his friend was driving, and did not know his whereabouts. Further investigation revealed that the suspect was infact the driver, and was fount to be under the influence of drugs. Suspect was arrested, and charged accordingly. Suspect was taken to St. Vincent Hospital for treatment of injuries, and a bllod kit was obtained.

**Case Under Investigation, Suspect Pending**
Victim has an active Restraining Order in place against her husband giving her full access to the above home. Victim went home to find that the home was entered into and the dog was stolen. Also inside the home, there was several items damaged, photos and mail. The dog was found at the suspect’s parents home. The parent’s mother stated that the suspect went with her to get the dog. The suspect had left out of state.

Above female was arrested by virtue of an arrest Warrant, while in the Dona Anna Detention Center. The female was transported from Las Cruces back to Santa Fe without incident.

Arrested: Ashley Sena DOB: 9/4/85 Charges: Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle/DWI
Victim reported that the above suspect took his vehicle without permission, while leaving a party at his home. A BOLO was sent out for the vehicle to all surrounding Agencies.
The vehicle and the suspect were located on Cerrillos and I-25 by the New Mexico State Police. Deputy Brien Markley took over the vehicle recovery and found that the suspect had several apparent indications that she was under the influence of liquor.

Location: Nambe Falls Travel Center, Santa Fe, NM (Cuyamungue)
Suspect: Orlando Coriz, age 37, Chimayo, NM
Charged: DWI(felony), Resisting or obstructing an officer, concealing identity
On 2/20/10 at about 0213 hours, deputy observed driver go into the Nambe Falls Travel Center and drive to the gas pumps. Deputy observed that the driver was getting in and out of vehicle, so the deputy went to make sure driver was fine. Upon contact with driver, deputy smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Deputy also observed several signs of impairment. Driver did not give deputy his correct name and personal information. Deputy attempted to restrain driver who refused. Deputy placed driver under arrest and upon learning correct information it was found that driver had 3 prior DWI's. A search warrant was obtained and a blood draw was performed to determine driver's BrAC. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 2-19-2010 at 10:54 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file.

On 2/20/10, at approx 2:46 am Deputies responded to a male subject shooting at a residence. Victim reported that he and his family were asleep and were awakened by a knock on the door . An unknown male asked for Xavier, and victim told male there was no one by that name. Moments later victim heard a gun shot. Investigation revealed that the suspect shot once at the house, breaking a 4"X6" window and once at the victims Ford Mustang, breaking the drivers side window. A .22 cal bullet was found, and two empty shell casings were found. No one was injured. Investigation continues.

On 2/20/10, Deputies responded to a vehicle fire, in which a 1997 GMC Jimmy, and a 2000 Ford Pickup truck were intentionally set on fire. Both vehicles sustained moderate paint damage. Investigation continues.
