Stolen: Turquoise in color, Mountain Bike - Black in color, Mountain Bike - ATV Ramps

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a burglary.  Suspects unlawfully entered a shed on the property and stole the above mentioned items.  The incident occurred sometime between the last two weeks.


Case #2024003295 / Unattended Death / 06/28/2024

Location Camino Chupadero

Decedent: 68 YOA

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a cardiac arrest.  Family returned home and located the decedent unresponsive and beyond life-saving measures.  There were no signs of suspicious activity.  OMI conducted their investigation and took possession of the decedent.


Case #2024003279 / Unattended Death / 06/28/2024

Location: Encantado Loop

Decedent: 77 YOF

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an ambulance assist.  The patient was located on her living room floor, unresponsive and beyond life-saving measures.  No signs of suspicious activity were identified.  OMI conducted their investigation and took possession of the decendent.


2024003265 / Escape from officer (Attempt) / 06-27-2024

Deputy assigned: J. Lujan

Commander entering: Cpl. J.War

Location: 1410 N. Paseo De Onate Espanola, NM (NMSP D7 Headquarters) 

Arrested: Gardner Kaydrianna 25YOF

While escorting Kaydrianna to the police unit, she attempted to escape by running away from Deputy Lujan. Kaydrianna fell due to her ankles being secured with shackles. Kaydrianna was quickly recovered and secured in the police unit. She was ultimately charged and booked into Santa Fe County Jail. 


Case number 2024003278-Identity theft-6/28/24

Deputy assigned: C. Cullison

Commander entering: Cpl. S. Talamante 

Location: Camino San Jose

Deputies were dispatched to the location and made contact with the reporting party. The reporting party advised that in April of 2023, unknown persons opened a CHASE credit card using her personal information. The unknown person opened the account for a balance transfer of $760.48.


Case #2024003276 // Warrant Arrest - 6/28/2024

Location: Sinclair Gas Station (Pojoaque) 

Arrested: Manuel Ramirez (35 YO) 

Deputies were dispatched for a welfare check due to the male calling dispatch on himself. Upon making contact, suspect was found to have an active arrest warrant and was taken to the detention facility. 


Case #2024003271 // Aggravated Assault, Shooting from a MV - 6/27/2024

Deputy Assigned: D. Lovato

Location: W. Sombrillo Rd. (Espanola) 

Suspect: Jesse Treadway (19 YO)

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to the suspect brandishing a firearm at an individual, and firing multiple shots from a vehicle. No individuals sustained any injuries. An arrest warrant was drafted for the suspect. 


Case #2024003272 // Warrant Arrest - 6/28/2024

Arrested: Eidan Robles (18 YO) 

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for speeding. Driver was identified and found to have an active arrest warrant for failure to pay fines on traffic offenses. He was taken to the detention facility and booked. 


Case # 2024003274 & 3275 // Warrant Arrest - 6/28/2024

Arrested: Amanda Ortega (31 YO)

A female was found sleeping inside a vehicle. After she was identified, she was found to have active arrest warrants for charges in relation to; receiving/transferring stolen motor vehicle, poppesseion of drug paraphernalia and concealing identity. She was taken to the detention facility and booked on the warrants. 


Case #2024003264 / Fraud - Unlawful Use of a Telephone / 06/27/2024

Location: Bisbee Ct.

Victim: Keyway Marketplace

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to fraud.  The reporting party received a phone call from a person claiming to be "Kevin Green" with OSHA.  Kevin was persistent in having the reporting party take $1,000.00 out of a safe and submit a payment to him for a bad check.  The reporting party was receiving phone calls from Mexico, claiming to be the store manager and also insisting on the employee sending money.  No funds were sent during the incident.
