Sometime between 0600 AM and 1:00 PM on 05-03-10 some one broke into the victim's vehicle and stole $120.00 in cash from the center council.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member and Assault Against a Household Member
On 05-03-10 Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic dispute. During the investigation of the incident it was learned the above individual attempted to strike a family member with a closed fist. Upon doing so the above individual struck another family member in the head with the fist. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: 37" LG flat screen television with built in CD player.
Victim reported that on this date she left her residence at 10:00 AM, and returned at 6:00 PM, to find that her house had been broken into. Victim stated suspects had entered through the backdoor of the residence by force and took her 37" flat screen television valued at about $900.00

Victim reported that on 5/2/10 some time between 12:00noon and 3:00pm some unknown person burglarized his residence and stole the above listed items valued at about $140.00. Unlawfully entry was made through an unlocked window.

On 05-02-10 between 0800-hours and 2221-hours, someone gained entry into the residence.The unknown suspect (S) gained entry through an unlocked rear door. Once inside the uknown suspect (s) went through the residence. The uknown susect then removed the above items. Suspect information is pending.

On 05-01-2010 Deputies pulled up on a motor vehicle crash at the above location. During the investigation of the crash, it was learned that the driver had consumed about 4 glasses of wine. The driver was unable to perform the SFSt's, do to the severity of her injuries. The driver was given a blood draw to obtain the driver's BAC level. The driver was trasnported to the Santa Fe Coumty jail and booked accordingly

On 05-02-2010 a traffic stop was conducted on a black Ford Mustang after it was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver, signs of impairment were noted. The driver refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Dept. The driver submitted to a breath test. His results were .11/.10 BrAC. The driver was then booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 05-01-2010 Deputy Shannon Coles was advised my a motorist of a possibly impaired motorist. Deputy Coles located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. While making contact with the above individual, Deputy Coles observed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver was read the NM Implied Consent Act and agreed to testing. The driver's breath test results were .11/.13 BrAC. The driver was then transported to the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.
