Charged:  Aggravated Battery against a household member, Criminal Damage to Property

On 10/21/09 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Suspect fled area in a white in color Lexus and was located.  Suspect admitted to striking victim.  Contact was made with victim who had scratches on his face and stated that the suspect had scratched and keyed his vehicle.  Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charges: DWI, Possession of drug paraphernalia

On 10/22/09, approx 12:15am suspect 's vehicle was reported a a drunk driver. Suspect was located at the Allsups Store, and was found to be impaired. Suspect was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Breath test was .10/.09

Suspect/arrested: Pamela Sandoval age 39

Charges: DWI, Driving while license suspended or revoked, Driving on roadways laned for traffic

On 10/21/09, at approx 9;36 pm, suspect was stopped for driving in the outside turn lane, with high beams on. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Breath test results were .15/.15

Location:  residence off of Vaquero Road, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/21/09 victim advised that several checks had been written under her account numbers and transactions were unauthorized.  Suspects identity is pending and a driver's license was written on one of the checks.  Transactions took place between 9/15/09 and 9/30/09.  Total amount of transactions are $2497.61.  Checks were made out to various stores.  Victim does not know who the suspects are.

Location:  4800 block of Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/21/09 victim reported that unknown persons broke into his home and shed while he and his wife had left the home.  Victim said that they were gone for about 20 minutes when the burglary took place.  Victim said they took power tools from the shed which had the lock pried off.  The money and debit cards were taken from within the home whcih was also pried open.  Estimated amount of items taken is about $1180.00.

Location:  residence off of Hondo Ridge Road, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/21/09 victim stated that unknown persons entered her residence between 0800 and 1630 hours.  Victim stated her neighbor called her and advised that her sliding door was open.  Victim arrived home and noticed the sliding door and front doors wide open.  Victim stated that her 32" LG flatscreen TV, an IMAC computer, a Cannon digital camera and a pillowcase was taken from within.  Estimated value of items taken is $3725.00.

Charges: DWI, Limitations on backing

Suspect was driving a 2009 Toyota Corolla bearing NM plate# 221-PSJ, and was attempting to make a u-turn, when she backed her vehicle off the highway and into a ditch. Suspect was found to be intixicated, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Breath tests results .08/.08

Suspect was driving a 1993 Chrysler Lebaron, bearing NM plate# 992-NZB, and was stopped for no headlights. Suspect showed signs of impairment, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly.

Location of incident: Allsups- 5166 Morning Dr

Suspect: 3 males

Charges: pending

On Wed 10/21/09 at approx 0415hrs/am, Deputies responded to a 911 call at the Allsups store. Clerk reported that 3 males approached the store on foot, and 2 males walked in, while the third stayed outside. One of the suspects grabbed the clerked and put a knife to his side, and forced him to open the cash drawer, while the other suspect took all the cash. All three suspect ran away towards Morning Dr. Suspects could not be located, an undetermined amount of cash was stolen. Clerk was not injured. Investigation continues.

Suspect: Jeffrey Martinez age 53

Charges: PENDING

A 30 yr old female reported that on 10/19/09, she met up with her ex-boyfriend at a friends house, and they both left to his residence where they discussed their relationship. Victim claims she told him that she was married now, and didnt want any thing to do with him. According to the victim, the suspect started beating her up, and claimed he was going to get "some", and proceeded to spread her legs and pull off her pants. Suspects mother heard what was going on and told them to stop. Suspect allegedly pulled out a 9mm handgun, pointed it at her head, and held her against her will for several hours until he fell asleep, and she was able to leave. Victim claims she was terrified and did not report the incident, until the suspect statred calling her home and threatening her and her husband. Investigation continues.
