On this date Victim reported that some unknown person stole his above listed motorcycle. Victim worked Graveyard Shift and left for work at 6:00pm and his sister came home at 10:30pm and did not see the aforementioned vehicle. Victim stated that nobody had permission to take the vehicle. Shoe and tire impressions were located going to the rear of the residence where there is a dirt access road. Tire impressions were also located of a utility or Motorcycle trailer also on the dirt access road.0209009386 Burglary

Victim stated that between June of this Year and October 15, 2009 an unknown person pried the lock to his shed and took the above item. Victim also stated that he was on vacation and was notified by his neighbor that on October 15, 2009 they got broken into, and they checked on his house and saw the shed was open. Victim notified a friend who screwed closed the shed door and replaced the lock.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for driving without his headlamps on. Upon making contact, the defendant did not have a driver's license in his possession. Upon running a driver's license inquiry, defednant returned with a revoked driver's license with an arrest clause if he didn't have an interlock devise in his vehicle. Upon inspecting the vehcle, it did not have the interlock devise and the defendant was arrested. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center. Pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 the vehicle was siezed. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On 10/22/09 between the hours of 1200 and 1330 unknown suspects entered victim's residence by removing a screen from an open window. Once inside unknown suspects stole a WII system, Playstation 2, 40 games, a Cricket internet card, 2 IPODs, and misc. jewelry. No evidence was located at the scene. Estimated value taken is pending.

Location: residence off of Ridgeline Road, Santa Fe, NM
On 10/22/09 victim reported between 10/15/09 and 10/22/09 he had been communicating with someone regarding an ad he placed in the thrifty nickel solicitating canines for sale for $250.00 each. Victim stated over thepast week he has received 5 moneygram money orders @ $975.00 each along with instructions to wire transfer money out of state less teh amount of the dog. Victim has only communicated through telephone and US mail correspondence. This incident may be a result of an internet scam. Victim stated that he has been receiving several emails and telephone calls.

On 10/22/09 between the hours of 0630 and 1400 victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into residence by reaching in through the doggie door and unlock the door knob. Victim stated that unknown persons took a 37" Insignia TV, speakers, 2 subwoofers, 2 DVD players, a computer and printer, a laptop computer, a 55" Sony flatscreen TV, a 5 disc CD player and an airless sprayer. Estimated amount taken is $7900.00. No force entry was made into the residence. No suspects at this time.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, open container, expired plate, no insurance. Vehicle seizure due to 2 prior DWI's
On 10/22/09, approx 8:50 pm, Suspect was driving a 1995 GMC Top Klin Van, white in color, bearing NM plate# FAX-565, and was trying to turn around and backed it into a metal fence, high centering the vehicle. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Suspect refused to take a breath test.

On 10/21/09 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Suspect fled area in a white in color Lexus and was located. Suspect admitted to striking victim. Contact was made with victim who had scratches on his face and stated that the suspect had scratched and keyed his vehicle. Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
