On 02-16-10 at approximately 11:26 AM both suspects were arrested after being involved in a physical altercation at their residence. Both suspects admitted to battering each other. Both suspects had minor injuries which were treated by paramedics and then released to police custody.

Charges: Battery against a Household Member and Service of Documents

On 02-15-2010 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned that the above defendant had battered the victim, who is a household member. The victim recieved slight injuries in the altercation. The above defendant was also found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of San Miquel Magistrate Court.  The above defendant was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center Accordingly.

Charges: DWI, Careless Driving, Unlawful use of License

On 2/16/10, at 1:05am, Suspect was driving a 1989 Toyota 4d bearing NM plate# KSK-050, and was stopped for driving on the wrong side of the road. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, booked accordingly. Breath test results were .15/.15. Suspect had 1 prior DWI Arrest.

Suspect#1: Nicole Sena-9B Chalan Rd, age 38, Charges: 2 Counts Aggravated Assault Against a Household Member, Battery against a Househod Member

Suspect#2: Michael J. Armijo-9B Chalan Rd, age 18 Charges: City of Santa Fe Municipal Court Bench Warrant Falure to Comply with Conditions of Probation

On Mon 2/15/10, approx 10:55pm, Deputies responded to a domestic dispute, in which  a female was beat up by her boyfriend and his grandson. Investigation revealed that the victim female(Sena) had come home drunk, and got into bed with her boyfriend Carlos Salazar age 57. They started arguing, and she proceeded to beat him up. The victim who is disabled, could not fight back, so he yelled out for his grandson, who was in the other bedroom to help him. The grandson(Armijo) then got into a physical fight with Ms. Sena. Ms. Sena then grabbed a large butcher knife and lunged at both males, telling them that she was going to kill them both. Another struggle ensued, and the knife fell out of her hand. Suspect Sena then left to a neighbors. Sena sustained a minor head injuries during the struggle. Victims also sustained very minor injuries and torn shirts. Suspect Sena was arrested, charged accordingly. Victim Armijo was arrested on a warrant.

Victim reported a domestic disturbance with her husband. Victim stated she was battered (She had signs of being battered-minor injuries). Suspected threatened to harm her with a knife. After assault suspect threatened to harm himself with the knife. Suspect left the area and was not contacted. An arrest order is pending.

Victim reported that she was penetrated, while in custody of Detention center, with male’s fingers. Victim stated that she has a fuzzy memory of event. This case is currently being investigated.
