Charges: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Dispatched to above intersection in reference to a criminal damage to property report. During the investigation it was learned that the above individual had obtaine a lug wrench from his vehicle and threatened to strike the victim. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County jail accordingly.

On 09-28-09, the victim reported that she left the residence at 8:30 am and returned at about 2:30pm, to find the screen door tore open. The victim entered the residence and found several items rifled through. The victim reported that the above items were removed from the items. No suspects were identified at this time.

Victim reported that sometime between 5:30p.m. on 9-27-2009 and 8:00 a.m. today (9-28-2009) an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into a fenced construction site located at the above location and stole a utilitly trailer, portable water tank, cement mixer, 2 wheel barrows, a re-bar cutter, scaffoling and misc. hand tools.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.
