Victim stated that between 8:00am and 12:45pm on this date an unknown person(s) attempted several times to gain enter into his residence leaving pry marks. The unknown person(s) finally gained entry through the rear window of the aforementioned residence, taking above items. Victim reports someone burglarized his residence between 1700 and 2050 hours on 9/16/09. Several items were missing from inside. Entry is believed to have been made through an open kitchen window. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Victim stated that sometime between 9:00pm on 09-15-09 and 2:00am on 09-16-09, unknown person(s) gained entry into a vehicle and stole the above items. The victim reported that a maroon Jeep had been seen driving by the residence several times prior to the incident.

Arrested: Michael Atencio - age 28, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies checked on the above individual, who was parked on the side of the roadway and sitting in the driver seat. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He was booked into the adult detention center.

Sometime between 12:00pm and 4:00pm, an unidentified person(s) gained entry into the victims residence. Entry was gained by breaking the screen to the northeast bedroom window. Once inside the suspects stole the above items. Suspects are pending in this incident.
