Victim stated that between Monday September 21, 2009 at 5:00pm and this date at 6:00am an unknown person(s) used and unknown object to break the window to the aforementioned vehicle. The unknown person(s) then gained entry to the vehicle attempting to take the stereo out of the vehicle and only taking the face to it. The Body of the stereo was intact in the dash.

Suspect:  Mario Garcia, age 37, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Agg. DWI, Agg. Fleeing from a law enforcement officer, Careless Driving, Concealing ID, Immediate notice of an accident, open container, No Driver's license, No Insurance

On 9/21/09 suspect was involved in a hit & run crash on Constellation and Airport Road.  Victim followed suspect onto SR 599 then into the City of Santa Fe.  Contact was made wtih suspect on Zafarano and Cerrillos Road.  After a short pursuit, vehicle was stopped on Calle Atajo and Airport Road.  Suspect was taken into custody under duress.  Suspect showed signs of impairment.  Suspect refused chemical testing.  Inside the vehicle was found an open bottle of Bud light and a open can of Bud light.  Suspect did not have a driver's license or insurance.  Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  residence off of Vickville Road, Cerrillos,NM

On 9/20/09 victim advised that a male subject had thrown a shovel at him as he was riding his dirt bike near the above location.  Suspect advised that victim tried to run him over when he had stepped into the roadway to tell victim to slow down.  Both subjects had conflicting stories.

Location:  2761 Sycamore Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Cottonwood MHP)

Suspect:  Christopher Carrillo, age 35, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Assault on a household member, Disorderly conduct

On 9/18/09 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Upon arrival deputies observed suspect yelling and screaming in the roadway at the victim.  Suspect was within arms reach of victim and threatening to harm victim.  Suspect was highly intoxicated and was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On teh above date, the above named officer was dispatched to the above location regarding the above offense.  The defendant was located at this address, which was a violation of court order to stay away.  Defednant was aware taht the order was in place and was arrested and booked at the adult detetion center. 

0209008423 Receiving Stolen Property/Possession of Burglary Tools/Possession of Drug Paraphernlia 09-21-09

Arrested: David Romero 23yoa, Anthony Martinez 35yoa and Miguel Romero 24yoa

On the above date, the defendants were stopped for no taillamps on a utility trailer, and no license plate on the vehicle.  Upon making contact, driver Mr. Martinez advised that the trailer belonged to his brother and that they were taking it to him.  Further investigation revieled that the trailer had been stolen from the Home Depot.  All were arrested and booked at the adult detention center.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

On 9/20/09 victim reported that between 9/18/09 at 1700 hours and 9/20/09 at 1400 hours unknown person(s) took a 1994 Nissan pickup green and grey in color from the above location.  Vehicle was entered into NCIC.  Estimated value of vehicle is pending.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:00p.m. on 9-19-2009 and 9:00 a.m. on 9-20-2009 an unknown person(s) broke a window on two vehicles that were parked along the roadway in front of her residence.  The suspect(s) was able to reach into one of the vehicles through the broken window and removed 2 portable DVD players valued at $200.00.  No suspect or witnesses information is available at this time.

 On the above date the victim reported that someone broke into his residence between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Nothing appeared to be taken at this time. Two suspects were apprehended earlier this date by the Santa Fe City Police that match the discription of the suspects that were seen at the above location. They were also arrested for comitting burglaries.

Suspect/driver: Michael Sherwood, age 25, 137 Old Alcalde Rd, San Juan Pueblo, NM

Charges: DWI, Careless Driving, Open Container, No Seat Belts

On Sat, 9/19/09,at approx 9:43pm , Suspect was driving a 2001 Dodge Durango, silver in color, NM Temp Tag, lost control, went into a ditch, and went airborne. Suspect sustained life threatening injuries, and was rushed to the Emergency room. Suspect displayed signs of impairment, and was arrested, and submitted to a legal blood draw. Suspect was admitted, and listed in critical condition. Investigation continues.
