Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to a reckless driving vehicle. Suspect 1 was located in the driver seat of a parked vehicle matching description, holding a bong/smoking pipe containing a green leafy substance. Second suspect was sitting in passenger seat and had a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance on his person. On this date at above listed location suspect was observed south bound on South Meadows at a high rate of speed (65/35mph speed zone) cutting off other vehicles. deputy attempted to stop suspect who refused and tryed to lose deputy in residental area. suspect finally stopped vehicle. Suspect was found to have been drinking and was intoxicated (.13 BrAC). Suspect was found to be in possession of a gold in color Locin, 380 caliber handgun. Suspect was arrested on above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detetion Ceter and booked with out incident.
