On 1/20/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a man down. Upon locating the male, he was uncompliant and the male then pulled out a knife and lunged at deputy. Suspect was tased and placed under arrest. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspect was also found to have an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court and was served with it.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a vehicle parked on the highway. Upon making contact with the defendant, he admitted to driving the vehicle. When asked how much alcohol he had consumed, he replied, "Not enough". Defendant refused to submit to field tests and breath test and was charged aggravated. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center. for further information, refer to officer's report.

On 1/19/10 victim stated that her son and his girlfriend went into her residence and stole items from within. Victim stated that the items stolen were several watches, misc. jewelry, photo albums, 2 cell phones and a mini tea set. Estimated value of items taken is $1330.00.

On 1/19/10 unknown suspects entered victim's vehicle through a passenger side window. Suspects rummaged through victim's personal items and took a Kenwood CD player. Suspects also damaged the exterior of the vehicle by cutting through the roof and damaged the trunk when trying to force entry. Estimated value of items taken is $400.00. Estimated damage amount is $3000.00.

Victim: 67-year-old male
On January 19, 2010 at approximately 11:52 a.m. deputies responded to a residence at the above location in reference to a 67-year-old male who was unresponsive. CPR was done on the male by paramedics although he could not be revived. Victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim suffered from a medical condition and was currently under doctor care. No signs of foul play were discoved. All indications at this time suggest that this death is from natural causes.
