ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS SOUTH BOUND ON LOPEZ LANE IN A 2000 FORD F-150 PICKUP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADAY. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND WAS INTOXICATED (.25 BrAC). AFTER INVESTIGATION HAD BEEN COMPLETED SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETETNION CENTER. SUSPECT VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Charges: Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Prisoner and Criminal Damage to Property
On 09-01-2009 the above individual was found to be in possession of a homemade knife (Shank) while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The above individual had made the weapon out of a light fixture from inside his cell. He was booked accordingly.

Stolen: 2 Wells Fargo Credit Cards
On 09-01-2009 the victim reported that a family member had stolen two Wells Fargo Credit cards from her residence. Victim stated that the cards were taken between 08-08-2009 and 08-29-2009. The cards have been used at various locations for the total amount of $2,100.00.

Stolen: Black and Orange bag with Misc paperwork, eagles shirt, and toiletries
Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference a homeless person looking inside the above stated vehicle possibly burglarizing it. Upon arrival to the scene Deputy observed suspect inside the vehicle and leaving the vehicle with items belonging to the owner. Deputy observed rear passenger window shattered and suspect admitted to breaking the window. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain his lane of traffic. Upon making contact, the officer detected signs on impairment. Defedant failed field tests and was arrested. A breath test was conducted and upon booking the defendant he was found to have a small amount of suspected cocaine in his possession.

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the area of the above location regarding a loud party. Upon arrival, contact was made with the defendant when upon running a check for warrants, retrurned with an active arrest order out of the NM State Police. Defednant was arrested and booked at the adult detention center without incident.

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a 911. Victim advised that the defendant and she got inot a verbal dispute, which turned physical when the defendant grabbed her by the hair, threw her on the bed and began choking her and slapping her on the face. When victim called 911, the defendant pulled the telephone away from her trying to prevent the call. Victim suffered minor injuries and the defendant was arrested and booked at the adult detetion center.

On 8/26/09 suspect entered residence through an bathroom window and removed a 42" flatscreen TV, a social security card, misc. medications, and a digital camera. Suspect left a note inside residence stating that he took his digital camera. The camera and the TV were returned. Suspect is the husband of victim. Estimated amount taken is $1000.00

Location: 3600 block of State Road 14, Santa Fe, NM
On 8/31/09 unknown suspects entered residence through front door by prying it open. A wallet was removed from residence. It was determined that the debit card was used at a Chevron gas station on Llano St. & St. Michael's Drive and at a Chevron gas station on St. Francis Drive. Also inside the wallet was a social security card, NM ID card, personal checks and $200.00 cash. Suspects are unknown at this time.
