ON THIS DATE DEPUTY WAS SENT TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER, DUE TO SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE SYRINGS AND A BAGGIE WITH MARIJUANA IN HIS UNDER WEAR.  SUSPECT WAS CHARGED WITH THE VIOLATIONS AND BOOKED.

Victim left the residene to Arizona about a week ago with her boyfriend. A family friend notified the victim that several items were missing from the residence. When the victim arrived home she found the above items to be taken. Suspect information is pending. No force entry was found at the residence.

Victim stated she was away from residence from 7:15am to 5:15pm on 08-27-09. While she was away unknown suspect(s) forced open the front door. Once inside the residence the above items were stolen. No suspects have been identified

When she returned home she found that the back door of the residence was open and the residence was ransacked. No force entry was found. The unknown suspect(s) removed the above items. No suspect(s) were identified.

The above indvidual was found to be intoxicated after being involved in a Motor Vehicle Crash on Rufina by Lopez Lane. The above individual fled the area and went to her residence. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
