ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 1830 HOURS & 2100 HOURS THIS DATE, UNKNOWN PERSON (S) REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED HORSE TRAILER, WHICH HE HAD PARKED FOR SALE AT THE INTERSECTION. TRAILER WAS ENTERED INTO THE N.C.I.C. SYSTEM AS STOLEN. CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE A SECURITY OFFICER REQUESTED DEPUTY'S TRO COME TO HIS LOCATION DUE TO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. DEPUTYIES ARRIVED AND INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS ANFORMER EMPLOYEE AND WAS USING KEYS TO ENTER THE BUILDING. SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED LEAVING THE BUILDING BY SECURITY OFFICER AND REFUSED TO STAY THERE WHILE HE CALLED TO REPORT IT. SUSPECT ADMITTED TO BEING THERE AND WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED

On 09-10-09 Deputies were dispatched to an unresponsive male. Santa Fe County Fire were unable to revive the victim. Office of the Medical Examiner was contacted and arrived on scene. The victim was cleaning a burned out trailer at the time of the incident. There were no signs of foul play.

on Thursday September 10, 2009 at 8:47pm the above listed subject was observed traveling southbound Bishope Lodge Road. The driver was observed failing to maintain his lane of travel. Upon contact with the driver the odor of intoxicating beverages was detected on the drivers breath. Driver was administeded the SFST's and displayed signs in all phases and was placed under arrest. Driver submitted to a breath test the results were .08/.09.

Victim left the residence at 10:00am and returned home at 5:00pm. Upon entering the house, the victim discovered the above items missing. No sign of forced entry was located. No suspects have been identified at this time.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY'S WERE SENT TO ABOVE LISTED AREA DUE TO AN 8 AND 7 YEAR OLD CHILDREN FOUND IN THE AREA. THE CHILDREN WERE TO BE PICKED UP AFTER SCHOOL AROUND 02:25 PM AND THEY WERE STILL THERE AFTER 05:00 PM. oFFICALS WERE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THE PARENTS OF THE CHILDREN AND GOT SCARED AN CONTACTED THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE. DEPUTYS WERE FINALLY ABLE TO REACH THE MOTHER, WHO STATED THAT SHE HAD TO GO TO EL PASO ON AN EMERGENCY AND STATED THAT HER ROOMATE WAS TO PICK UP THE CHILDREN. DEPUTY'S WERE NOT THE PERSON MOTHER STATED TO PICKUP CHILDREN. FATHER WAS LOCATED IN ESPANOLA AREA AND CAME TO PUICKUP HIS CHILDREN. CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
