ON THIS DATE DEPUTY WAS WORKING A MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH. SUSPECT LEFT THE AREA AFTER THE CRASH AND WAS LOCATED BY DEPUTY. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST AND WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

On Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at 8:06 am, Victim reported that date between 3:00 am and 7:00 am an unknown suspect entered her gray in color Ford Explorer while it was parked at her residence.She stated that there was no forced entry into her vehicle because it was inadvertently left unlocked. The only thing stolen from her vehicle was her purse and all of its contents.

On 6/29/09 the above mentioned person was driving his 1994 Ford F-150 pickup north bound on Valley Irrigation Rd at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving. The driver was arrested for Felony DWI and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
