Victim reported that between June 8, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. and June 13, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his unoccupied rental residence that is currently under construction and stole a wood stove, 10" chop saw, air compressor and several hand tools. Victim estimated the cost of the items taken at $2,300.00. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

On the above date, the above officer responded to the above location regarding an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, the victim advised that unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry to his residence by removing a window to the master bedroom. Suspects may have been scared off by the residential alarm.

On the above date,officers responded to the above location regarding the above offense. Upon speaking with the victim, he advised that a male subject identified as Casey struck him with a bat on the left shoulder causing minor injury. Victim advised that Casey was with another male at the residence and were told to leave. At that point the suspect struck him. Suspect had fled the scene prior to officer's arrival.

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED SOUTH BOUND ON HIGHWAY 599 FAILING TO MAINTIANING HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. SUSPECT WAS FOLLOWED BY BIA OFFICER AND WAS STOPPED AS HER TURNED ONTO LOS PINOS ROAD BY DEPUTY'S. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED .13 BrAC AND NO DRIVER LICENSE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY'S WERE INVESTIGATING A FIRE AT THE SUSPECTS HOUSE. SUSPECT WAS VERY INTOXICATED AND BEGAIN MAKING THREATES TOWARDS DEPUTY'S, THEN STARTED KICKING THE SIDE OF A CAR BELONGING TO HIS WIFE, DUE TO HIMTHINKING SHE HAD SOMETHING TO DUE WITH THE FIRE. SUSPECT WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH DEPUTY'S AND WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AT THAT POINT AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.
